Just another free counter for Sushi Hulk decks.

At least we have more free counterspells against Flash , but flash also gets to play it.

I need about a dozen of these. This incredibly efficient for a control heavy raahmi build, a control heavy yuriko build benefits from it, hell any u/x combo build wants it
