Imagine a group hug version of Vedalken Orrery that turns off for everyone else on your turn. This is basically that.
I love this, being giving my morph deck a flash bend and this would be evil for it.

You beat me to it, Kadina's just incredible when your morphs can be played at flash speed and since the deck revolves mostly around creatures i'm very happy I get another Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir to play around with.
While I'm at it you would think the second part is just there to offset the first but it's realy Grand Abolisheras it prevents all spells including instants or cards that alredy had flash.
Am so happy this exists!
If only you had the abilities it could be barely playable.
Giving your opponents flash is absolutely not what you want to archive (while being counter-proof during your own turn is decent, theres plenty of cards that do that way better).
Card is very interesting. But Ikoria is full of these great cards that all happen to be Whales, Sharks and Fish. While it makes the plane distinct, this really shuts off a lot of sea monster synergy. That said, Ominous Seas is nice to have, and I don’t exactly have room in that deck for new members. So it’s not too disappointing. I wonder if these may be batched in the future into their own category?
It’s like a mini Teferi for the second half. Giving flash to everyone on other turns can be advantageous. I’d play it alongside Leyline. Goes well with some Theros themed of playing on opponents turn.
This and Seedborn Muse kind becomes a prophet of Kruphix situation. Granted across two cards.

it does protect me during my turn, but it also makes my opponents much harder to control, i'm not entirely sure how i feel about it. but having sorceries and creatures popping off at the end of my opponents turns doesn't benefit any deck much. it makes their choices easier to make and allows them to react more so... its cute on paper but i don't think it'll be that great in practice
I love this. It defacto makes most of your things uncounterable unless you risk it to flash on other player's turns, but even then you can just play round other player's capacity to counter. It encourages your opponents to screw each other over and not you, and it's costed well. This will be a staple for a variety of decks and that's awesome.

What cards in blue make you counter-proof on your own turn that don't also hurt you on opponents' turns? Creature Teferi? This is cheaper to cast. Sure giving your opponents flash helps them every other turn, but it does so in a group hug way that can be used to your advantage, since they'll be flashing on each others' turns but leaves you out of it.

My first guess is Cycling so you can hold all of your mana up and cycle when it's most profitable for you.
Second guess would be Storm.
I think it’s instant tribal deck your instant will still work then there’s doesn’t during your turn
