StaffIt kind of is...Wavebreak Hippocamp.
All the ramp and cheap spells will suddenly +1 draw a card and thats fairly trivial to win from there.
Especially fantastic with Noxious Revival and all the tutors that put cards on top.
So yea, this is pretty powerful, winning immediately after playing this is pretty likely.
