I should point this out

It doesn’t say “you control” for the trample and haste

You can do politics with opponents with this to help their creatures get threw

I like this. Instead of giving the normal 1-drop ability cantrip (see Expedite, crash through, etc), we get the choice between one-shot card draw or a reusable buff.

Excellent design.

Good uncommon, especially if you have some land that has an effect non-dependent on tapping and which does not produce mana.

Strictly better Racecourse Fury is nice, but still nothing special. It does brings the Skophos/Minotaur/Land Aura combo to Standard, so you can be the ultimate janklord at your FNM.

I actually think its much better than that card in that later ones are cheap draw that red can always use (even off turn) and the extra trample can be useful to get the last few points through on a bigger creature that you may have just played, while still being in the affordable to cast category of 1cc rather than the expected 2cc+ that usual improvements fall into. There are some cheap red/black cards in modern/standard this could really help zing and a few other cards in red/green that this could help develop.

Gives Uril Haste - check

Cycles when not needed - check.

In modern, it not only grows goyfs, but is a way to give them and other stuff (like Death Shadow) trample and haste to fling at your opponent. I kinda like this design tbh.

i like this quite a bit, i think it's worth testing out in feather where i tend to need trample, and i think it might be worth it in feldon where i tend to need haste (for him)

i keep reading it as football crater
