Soo that is the Big Bad human of the story? looks like a old man that can't do much on a fight against a giant kaiju(good thematic abilities i may say, he is the inspiration for the other humans to even go kamikaze mode). The card looks good and with a very build around theme. Guess this old man is full of prejudice against monsters...
I actually quite like the art and how it's a powerful human who doesn't look like a friggin movie star (looking at you Lukka, though yo're cool too), and more like a real life old general. But yeah, in terms of character he's probably your stereotypical old evil villain who doesn't get animals and bla bla bla, this was already old when Avatar came out.
I think I've learned to treat Magic cards like baseball cards: keep 'em in a binder in numerical order, don't play with 'em, try to finish the set and just keep my head down.
Sure, there is a chance of spending $4 on a booster and getting the Mythic Rare $30 super card. There is also a chance of surviving putting your tongue in a light socket.

Yes, but he has not been killed yet so that is inherently inspiring.

Also, seeing the second ability, it has to be "great" to be his subordinate.

Not exactly. Not Germany, but Austria.

Yeah I would think as a 1-of or maybe some in the sideboard since he's a little bit of graveyard hate too.
