I like that there's a Phyrexian Negator (or possibly Obliterator) in the nightmare art. If I'm remembering my lore correctly, Phyrexians destroyed Elspeth's original home plane.
I like both of these. I don't really get the flavor of the second chapter of the white one.
It's interesting. These both seem like alternate takes on The Eldest Reborn to me.
The black saga is more like The Youngest Reborn. Destroy a small creature, which they often sacrificed to TER, anyways, a Duress which is lets you choose instead of the opponent, and still clearing their strongest card from their graveyard (but including the rest of their yard).
The white sage is more like The Light Is Reborn. Again, removing a creature or planeswalker—just like TER. Taxing your opponent for a turn, not discard, but a type of resource denial—in this case mana. Lastly, a reanimation spell, just like TER, with the added caveat of it having to be from your yard, but with a bonus.
I like these cards. TER is one of my favorite cards from Dominaria, and I have a Kambal, Consul of Allocation control-oriented D'n'T EDH deck these will definitely go in, right along side TER.
Funny that Elspeth Conquers Death‘s first chapter can actually exile lands, but only lands with a CMC of 3 or greater. So in a format like EDH it could possibly answer a transformed Growing Rites of Itlimoc/Itlimoc, Cradle of the Sun and other Ixalan block transform lands, so long as their cmc is 3 or greater.
I love the mosaic art on this saga as a throwback to Hall of Triumph! The abilities are especially impressive, and white loves to blink enchantments! Such a neat card! I hope this means elspeth overcomes
Both Erebos and Ashiok
the black one was a image from earlier its just when xenagos trick her into mistaking daxos as a obliterator
the other one o boy thats just nasty flicker target if you keep it on 1 and 2

i think the white middle chapter is how she defeats Ashiok

can you choose to put a +1/+1 counter on a Planeswalker,
or a Loyalty counter on a Creature?
It seems like it. Could be useful on a Gideon, perhaps, if so. Give Gideon a +1/+1 counter.

The perils of not having lore to accompany the cards. Unless I'm severely missing something here...
(Good cards btw).

Yeah, it's a shame we won't get any followup on that until at least next year.

They were spooked by War of the Spark but this...this flub will take a while to recover from.
