This card is amazing. It's effectively a 6/4 if unblocked for 4, with a guaranteed 3 damage if desired. I like this one a lot. If they have to double spell to kill it... Using Murderous Rider on this makes them take 5. It's like a Reckless Spite with 1 target.
One of the imprisoned Titans, I suppose? Exile two cards but only allow to cast one, that is kind of an advantage if you have Top or other manipulators.
Are we getting Big Red as a deck again? This is just another in a line of big red creatures that deals repeated damage, plus this one actually draws cards (sorta). The last time the deck existed was the last Theros block, so this is a welcome return.

Well, Veil was M20. But I think it's more that we should expect to be at Eldraine level for future sets. In defense of THB, at this point in the Eldraine spoiler season the overall set felt somewhat underwhelming.
This guy looks worth trying in Mono-Red decks, maybe swap out one Torbran for a single copy of this bad boy. As good as Torbran is, lessening the risk of a multiple draw is always a good thing, and on the other hand, Torbran+Giant make one hell of a team. All in all, a solid curve topper for Red aggro, I really like it.
