That is... Strong? The effect is powerful, and the reusability is huge, but it's awfully slow. Cast it for four, recast the creature from exile for two, then pay two more and discard two to bounce it. Its effectively a wish for four mana with a convoluted buyback cost of four mana and two discarded cards.

The Adventure is the same CMC as Diabolic Tutor, or more appropriately--Mastermind's Acquisition; so I think that's good, as I rarely used Acquisition for my deck. The flier itself isn't even bad. A 1/4 flier for 1U is a great early wall against aggro. Kill's a lot of small white fliers, for sure. I like this card, a lot. Everyone knows I love me some wishes. Also, since the only limitation is non-creature, I can even fetch lands. This is almost like Death Wish, without all the life loss. I'll gladly give up the ability to fetch creatures to avoid that.
Lucky Clover found another useful target. Won't use that activated ability, though--too many ways which are less costly to put the creature back into your hand.

You don't use that ability to return her to your hand, you use it to put those two cards into your graveyard to fuel some shenanigans
Everyone is looking for synergies with this card and I am over here wondering when it became ok for blue to get a 1/4 flyer in a relevant tribe with nothing but upside for 1U.

But but... a Ninja enabler that needs to be double bolted, and can block a flipped delver for two mana?!.

Yep, this set just creeps and creeps those creatures. It's creepy.
How does Outside the Game work in EDH again? I feel like it doesn't.
Since the rules committee pussyfoots around making real rules to standardize the format... it depends on your group
Some wont allow it to do anything, some allow a wish board, some let you get whatever you can get your hands on
As for the card... bulk fodder. It gives the impression of being omg strong, but in practice wont be.
This is wrong.
Commander rules clearly state that these cards do absolutely nothing, which makes sense given that there is no such thing as a sideboard for commander.
Same with latest Karn.

You don't sound biased at all!
But you most definitely sound wrong. Rule 13 clearly states, without any of the so-called "pussyfooting," that "Abilities which bring card(s) you own from outside the game into the game (such as Wishes; Spawnsire of Ulamog; Karn, the Great Creator) do not function in Commander." See how clearly that is a "real rule to standardize the format"? Now, certainly, there is Rule 0 for those who want to break with the standardized rule, and that would allow groups to make their own decisions on how it works, but for everyone else, there is a standardized rule.
phew... 4 mana is a tough call, sorcery doesnt make it better, but still, i think it is playable. worst case ? its a 1/4 for 2. best case you have access to up to 15 solutions for whatever situation u r in. still wished it would be 3 mana or instant for 4 to give u more flexibility or a better window to react to the board. guess we have to wait and see how good the card actually is.
