The Cauldron's triggered ability is not a replacement effect. The creature has to die, i.e. successfully go to the graveyard from the battlefield, for the trigger to happen. So that process also triggers Syr Konrad (part 1). Then the Cauldron's ability resolves, moving the creature out of the graveyard and to the bottom of the library, which again triggers Syr Konrad (part 3).
