Oakhame Adversary costs 2 less to cast if an opponent controls a green permanent.
Deathtouch
Whenever Oakhame Adversary deals combat damage to a player, draw a card.
"Red cap Brawl" R
Instant
Red Cap Brawl deals 4 damage to target creature or planeswalker. If this deals damage to a non-red permanent, sacrifice a land.
"Sound Intrusion" B
Sorcery
Target opponent reveals his or her hand. You may choose a nonland card from your opponent's hand. If you do, your opponent exiles that card. If a nonblack card was exiled this way, exile a card from your hand.
does the black one have potential outside standard/limited?
All three of these are super interesting. The red art is hideous, but I could see it seeing some play. The green one encouraging elf-on-elf hate crimes is amusing. The black one...I dunno. Exiling any nonland is big game for a single B. It could show up somewhere as well, particularly i some sort of bridge/prison strat.
Intrusion could probably be a fine budget Thoughtsieze but 2 life is a way cheaper cost than exiling a card. Maybe a better sideboard card than Duress though?
Good cards imo. I like the green elf, it is almost playable in modern (as sideboard imo) (but only vs fair decks with green). The black discard can pitch lands and cards castable from exile and it exiles the card= good vs dredge and many other decks (phoenix also). The red spell is the worst but not bad as decks can use flagstone to make the drawback irrelevant or use the the destroyed land as delver folder.
does the black one have potential outside standard/limited?
Nope.
Instead of just saying "nope," can you please explain why you do not think it has much use outside of Standard? Exile a card w/ flashback that can be brought back w/ Runic Repetition. Misthollow Griffin can be cast from exile. There are work-arounds.

The problem with those cards is there isn't a deck that wants them and we all know that there's no room in modern for new deck designs. /sarcasm
Color hate that is less dangerous to maindeck? Sign me up! The downsides are significant, but not backbreaking. Sound Intrusion won't replace Thoughtseize, but it could push Inquisition of Kozilek for spots as Thoughtseize 5-8. The Green one is solid, if unspectacular, and the Red is meta-dependent, but usable.

Thing is working hard to work around a draw-back to a card that already has 2 very playable options (Inq/TS) is pretty pointless. Vs most decks the 2 life doesn't matter but being down a card when you're likely playing it in GBx that wants to grind you out 1 for 1 then 2 for 1'ing yourself in the early game seems awful. The only time this would be any good is against other black decks but if you're against death's shadow then Inq already hits the cards you want to take and the same is true vs GBx.
The only decks where this could possibly be useful are prison decks or 8 rack since neither care about cards in hand and both want to stall as long as possible so not losing life and still hitting every card might be worth losing a card. That being said neither deck is exactly top tier in modern and this card won't change that so yeah, unlikely to see much if any play in older formats.
Wow Force of Thoughtsieze might actually be usable. It's a discard spell you actually want to cast against a dredge deck.
yeah..... exiling a card from your hand is far harsher drawback than 2 life most of the time.
but still, exiling a card from your opponent's hand is also a lot stronger than making them discard it.
I don't think this card will drastically change anything, but certainly could find it's way.
While sound intrusion is uncommon, fatal push was also uncommon and was also hard to come by as it might as well have been a rare. And if this new black spell sees serious play, it could easily be in a printing slot that is rarer than other uncommons.
