I haven't been able to account for the creatures in this set, but so far in post-rotation Standard 76.9% of all creatuers have power <= 3 as their base. Still, Reave Soul didn't make much of a splash last time and it won't do so again. Of course, it can't hurt to have one in Limited just in case.
The problem with defining this format by what is "fun" is that everyone seems to define fun as what they don't lose to. If you keep losing to easily answered cards, that means you should improve your deck. If you don't want to improve your deck, then you should come to peace with the idea that you are going to lose because you chose to not interact with better strategies.
Yay! Another underwhelming Sorcery-speed removal spell to go to with Epic Downfall, Limited fodder only, 90% of the time Disfigure will get the job done.
