Been looking at wolf stuff since Garruk's reveal...not terrible, but not exciting enough for me to be a rare unless there are some flavorful ways of making Food that themes nicely with wolves or elves.
Want to use Blow Your House Down in my Pauper RG Aggro deck to nuke opponent's Wall Combo decks.

This shorthand had me doing double/triple/quadruple-takes at the spoiled cards because I thought I had missed something, well, big. Sorry, but bbw is not Big Bad Wolf...

Well, if you're a furry, then the two aren't mutually exclusive.
But yeah, Wicked Wolf gets big, and it's bad for your opponent, so it could very well be the Big Bad Wolf of Eldraine.
MTGS Wikia Article about "New World Order"
Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.
PSA to everyone who keeps forgetting about the Reserved List:
You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. You're also only a few keystrokes away from finding out why some cards on the Reserved List got foil printings in FtV, as Judge promos, or whatnot, as well as why that won't happen again. Stop doing this.
If that is ultimately our Big Bad Wolf..kinda disappointed.
Questing Beaast's card feels more apropos to me
Questing Beast is a piecemeal copy of a monster from Arthurian stories, so that wouldn't be the case unless they try to piggyback one concept on another.
The wolf is alright
Good flavor with “blow your house down”
It's a potential 2for1 in Tolsimir. Pretty nice

Edit: Also, the wolf in the red card looks different than the Wicked Wolf? To me, anyway. Maybe there will be another wolf? A red legend, perhaps?

I'm kinda surprised Blow Your House Down doesn't involve land destruction.

Yeah I was really hoping for a Red/Green legend.
