For those who can't see the image for whatever reason: Bloodthirsty Blade2
Artifact - Equipment
Equipped Creature gets +2/+0 and is goaded. 1: Attach Bloodthirsty Blade to target creature an opponent controls. Activate this ability only any time you could cast a sorcery.
Seems fine. It's also in the Flashback deck.
And of course Geth, Lord of the Vault is a reprint.
As of posting TCG player has not accounted for this new printing and Geth sits around $10 which is pretty decent value. Solid reprint.
Interesting that we have an action word condition applied as a static effect. Has that been done before?

MTGS Wikia Article about "New World Order"
Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.
PSA to everyone who keeps forgetting about the Reserved List:
You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. You're also only a few keystrokes away from finding out why some cards on the Reserved List got foil printings in FtV, as Judge promos, or whatnot, as well as why that won't happen again. Stop doing this.
Not quite. "Goaded" is a condition applied by the Goad action word, but now is the first time we've actually seen it printed on a card. A closer comparison would be the Monstrous condition granted by Monstrosity, but that one is supposed to be permanent. "Goaded" normally only lasts until your next turn, but this card grants it as a full-time condition. Makes me wonder if "Detained" can see similar use. Say, an Arrest-type Aura that says "Enchanted creature is detained. (It can't attack or block and its activated abilities can't be activated.)"

Wait why no regular equip also? Thats dumb. I should be able to attach it to my own creatures as well.
It’s cool and flavorful, but I totally agree. Wasn’t there a batch of Auras that made sure creatures couldn’t attack you?
The blade having something like the Vow of Duty effect would be redundant unless you are the only opponent that the goaded creature could attack.
However what you could do is use it with Xantcha, Sleeper Agent or a creature equipped with an Assault Suit for example if you wanted a commander attached with it.
I mean I understand the lack of equp cost, and the sorcery speed portion. But its a touch disapointing I can't give it to Karona while she goes around the table.
Also Geth was getting up there in price, so I am glad to see a decent money reprint.
Now I'm getting an idea for a legendary RWB Vampire Knight who cares about Equipment.

I just now realized this is the first Equipment without an Equip ability. I wasn't sure that was allowed in the rules.

I would direct you to Renegade Krasis. If that’s what you’re talking about.

Very interesting effect.
And he pretty much confirms a sub-theme is mill/discard so I expect some cards that force opponents to discard/mill
Interesting you can give the blade to opponents
No, because the Goaded condition states "if able".
