Unless the other character is in this deck, which i find highly unlikely, the 4th character has to be starke of rath. Out of all the weatherlight characters orim rofellos hanna and starke don't have a second card. None of those is naya in my mind(hannah probably core blue, orim if she would get a second card i imagine would be white blue and rofellos is monogreen)
Dayumn! Party Crasher went black-border! And as one of my favorite Legends from Magic of old as well!
Card is really powerful, especially if you make it evasive with cards like Hot Soup. It can easily deal 15 Commander damage on a single turn cycle to a player. Also works well if you have alternative ways to tap it or make it ETB tapped, giving him pseudo-Haste. And both of its typings is relevant as well.

What about a remake of Crovax for the Madness deck? I know he was Black White originally, but I always saw him as more of a Black Red White card throughout his entire life saga.
I could see him being Black/Red after his... well, madness took over.

Weatherlight Saga not just Weatherlight. Could be anyone from that story even more bad guys like Volrath.
Cool card. They are hitting with the new legendaries lol
About the last character: It could be a fellow crew member or be another villain.
As the deck is black and Red, i guess we can have Starke il-Vec, Takara en-Dal, Belbe (althought i think she should be part green), Greven il-Vec (that maybe needs a bit of justice in a more playable version), members of Yawgmoth's Inner circles and other high rank phyrexians that never got carded ( Like Gix or Croag), Davvol, etc.
Imo would be fun to get Starke as another multiplayer commander of Graven. Soo far the last 2 spoilers were of the first part of Rath soo starke fits well

Starke makes sense, but his original card is playable as it is. We had Xantcha, Sleeper Agent last year, so I hope Rakdos Starke isn't too similar in function (given his story). Belbe would be nice, her story already suggested a non-aggressive but rebellious character.
You know who'd be cool though? Davvol, the Evincar Who Dines Alone. Soul Feast
This card is nuts for EDH. Make other people kill with your commander with commander damage.
Just for clarification, your opponent gains control of Tahngarth but the effect doesn't untap him so you do get to determine combat, you just dont get to have them "Xantcha" Tahngarth.
Edit: So... uh apparently I can't read. This is why I shouldn't post 5 mins after I wake up.
That said, he seems less exciting now. What I THOUGHT I read was some variation of Portal Mage. My mistake. Carry on. Nothing to see here.
This is an awful card, even in edh. I don't want anyone stealing my commander for free thanks. Make him indestructible and then we can talk. Otherwise, I would never play this crap.

Don’t forget the possibility of a new and improved Tsabo Tavoc
Well hot damn. Now that's a Weatherlight design I like. I appreciate that, for once, the Threaten effect doesn't require untapping the creature. Just take the tapped Minotaur and smash someone else's face in with him!

MTGS Wikia Article about "New World Order"
Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.
PSA to everyone who keeps forgetting about the Reserved List:
You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. You're also only a few keystrokes away from finding out why some cards on the Reserved List got foil printings in FtV, as Judge promos, or whatnot, as well as why that won't happen again. Stop doing this.
This is an awful card, even in edh. I don't want anyone stealing my commander for free thanks. Make him indestructible and then we can talk. Otherwise, I would never play this crap.
Uh, no one is "stealing" Tahngarth. Quite the opposite: You're "borrowing" an opponent's combat phase so Tahngarth can attack once again. Here's how it works:
Table consists of me, Alice, Bob and Chloe
During my turn, I attack Chloe using Tahngarth, therefore Tahngarth is now tapped
During Alice's turn, she declares an attack on Bob and Chloe
Tahngarth's ability triggers: I may choose either Bob and Chloe
Let's say I chose Chloe - Now Alice gains control of Tahngarth during the combat phase only
Tahngarth is now under Alice's control attacking the player I chose, in this case Chloe
The only possible risk I might face when lending someone Tahngarth is if that player is playing Instant-speed Sacrifice effects, in which case he might be sacrificed before coming back, so I wouldn't recommend doing that if Alice is playing Aristocrats.

Maro said we’re getting atleast two more weatherlight saga characters this is one of them
Certain better than his first time on a card

As for weatherlight i imagine, except the main baddie the other cards are crew members. They are also characters that already have printed cards.

Considering the weapon he is carrying, he is like a Klingon expy.
