So the legendary cards that are in the graveyard at the moment the ability that resolve gain that text... but legendary cards that enter the graveyard later don't... but those cards that did, if they leave the graveyard and eventually go back to grave, do they still have that text? Or did the zone change wipe that?

They're new objects when they change zones so they lose the ability. The ability is good for one play per legendary card, basically, you can't (just for example) activate the ability once and then continually replay and sac Saffi Eriksdotter the whole turn.

I wasn't even thinking of legendary sorceries but you reminded me that Urza's Ruinous Blast can easily be a repeatable, one-sided exiling board wipe with this guy.
You can go pretty deep on legendary tribal with three colors at your disposal, too, so it can indeed be truly one-sided. I have... so much to plan...
Well kind of a let down but nice to see the guy in the murder flavor text.
On another note: anyone even sees the mana source? Really can’t see the appeal, honestly prefer to see Jim Davis, Rogue Deck Builder, Tolarian Academy, and Loading Ready Run (they keep up alot of free propaganda with frequency and have good quality)(and yet that guy keeps getting spoilers even if he shows no interest in spoiling them, those other guys get excited upon spoiling limited shaft, comeon give Jim Davis to spoil gem palm, ring leader, etc...)(at least they gave Saffron Olive-MTG goldfish to spoil a great and build around card this time) (this to say the channels not afiliated with channel fireball and proplayers)(forgot the Aether Hub and some of the people from TCGplayer channel)
I love this. It's a shame that most of the cool Legendary Tribal stuff in Standard right now is Esper colors, because G doesn't adds as much toys as U. Kamahl's Druidic Vow is sweet, sure, but having Fblthp, the Lost, Tinyferi and two Dovin Baans at your disposal does ease up the otherwise clunky Legendary Tribal curve, and Raff Capashen, Ship's Mage is a must.
Also, nice to see some Fiora representation. I mean, this IS Fiora, right?
Scapeshift also seems good in a deck like this. Sacrifice a number of legendary lands to fetch more legendary lands. Then use Kethis, the Hidden Hand to play a lot of them back after casting Azusa and Gitrog from the yard.
Even just playing 3 lands a turn after milling myself seems good.
I had a big long post about all the infinites this generates and then...oops! Things are new objects when they return to the GY, so it would be EXTREMELY challenging to actually infinite with, say, Hope of Ghirapur + a sacrifice outlet since you'd need to exile two more legends each time.
It allows you to play legendary lands from your graveyard given enough fuel, so a card like Realms Uncharted can probably give you access to your important legendary lands.

Honestly, the need to exile 2 legendaries in order to use his ability I think puts a dampen on this abusiveness. Puts a really painful limitation on him

I agree, I really want to use him as a commander but the thought of keep having to have legendaries in my graveyard is a bit annoying

I built a list on Manastack and also had Oracle of Mul Daya, Ramunap Excavator, Wayword Swordtooth, Courser of Kruphix, Hermit Druid, and Exploration. Hermit Druid with any number of these, lets me just dump tons of lands into play.
