These are okay in general, but I think I can use Leafkin Druid in a few decks. Also, used to seeing quite a few Flamekin, but this is our first Leafkin.
A pity Goblin Smuggler isn't like a new Goblin Lackey - cheating a Goblin into play is perfect for the flavor. But funny flavor all the same.

Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.

I held my hopes that the masked that comes with an Elemental token was a reference to Flamekin of the Lorwyn variety, but they go out of their way to introduce Lavakin over a throwback reference to that plain, so no luck there.
The benefits of playing flying add up - as if playing fliers in itself wasn't a reward.

How i feel about competitive players and casual players in EDH: The competitive are german tourists, the casual are italian tourists, both in a italian beach. The italians asking themselves "why are the germans here?" make a legitimate question, the answer is because the beach is beautiful, no matter the country you came from. The italians wanting to ban the germans are dumb, because if the germans pay for their stay and follow the rules like everyone else, they have the right to be in the beach. Hovewer, if the germans started to ask themselves "why are the italians here?"... they would be dumb as hell.
Aerial assault and winged words seem interesting for pauper. Assault makes a flexible sb card for battlescreeh decks and winged words looks like an interesting gush replacement for delver decks (albeit a much worse one)

1. boneclad necromancer seems relatively wordy for a common in the new world order.
2. Common “lords” like thicker crashes are pretty rare. Always happy to see more of them.
3. Winged words is legitimately decent and may see play.
That's another good point in it's favour. I could see an Orzhov tokens or Selesnaya tokens strategy enjoying the captain with Reveiilark. Also, could be helpful in a project-x sort of build.

Squad Captain has a use for being a 2 power revival target for Alesha, Who Smiles at Death and Reveillark.
