Is this going to be used in Amulet Titan decks?
It works kinda like the bounce lands but provides 3 mana and winds up in your graveyard instead of your hand.
Having to sac another land might ruin that, but I’m pretty sure the deck will at least test it.

You can't play Lotus Field multiple times in a row with Azusa, Lost But Seeking (and Amulet of Vigor so you actually do something) unless you keep saccing 2 other lands to it, so I doubt it'll see play in Amulet Titan.
Indeed they are, however the general discussion around Blood Sun was its viability in combination with this in Standard, not the formats where most of those land destruction spells are playable. If somebody is playing 4 mana land destruction in Standard then I'm probably winning that game anyway...
would rather take kiora over blossom dryad, way to easy to remove it. Teferi is still 40bucks...and what would you build with it? A bant deck?

They'd have to pre-emptively remove your Blood Sun when they had priority, because if you have priority on your turn with an empty stack and blood sun on board, and try to play Lotus Field ... you'll get Lotus Field to battlefield, no sacs and untapped, without your opponent getting any opportunity to stop it.

Gotta use what you can get, and the ones in Standard currently aren't that difficult to cast turn 3.

I mean, I can count four different four mana LD spells in standard right now, and if we continue to modern, the number of available LD spells for four mana or less becomes thirty three, the cheapest of which can be cast for two mana. If people start playing the Blood Sun/Lotus Field combo, expect Land Destruction to become a thing in both standard and modern.

You know, it never ocurred to me until now that Blood Sun removes drawbacks from lands.
It also removes hexproof though, so if your opponent has land removal the land is not sticking around for long.
It also removes the ability for your opponent's Field of Ruinand friends to destroy it...
That, and you can always tap the Field to Negate LD spells.

Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.

"Strictly better" is a term that has a specific meaning, namely "Strictly better describes a card which is, in isolation from other effects, superior to another card in at least one respect, while being worse in zero respects." (From MTG Wiki).
Lotus field has two lines of text that Lotus Vale does not: Hexproof (definitely better in isolation from other effects) and "Enters the battlefield tapped" (definitely worse in isolation from other effects).
At least according to the above definition, this card cant be considered "STRICTLY better". It might be just regular ol better though

Playing with proxied cards at sanctioned events is good, actually.
I was goldfishing the above setup and it didn't feel consistent, Have 3 Lotus Vale for testing, do we also 4 Rootbound Crag for the mana base?
If I'm not misunderstanding your steps, how are you playing 2 lands on T3? I get to 6 Mana on 3 - T1 land and Elf, T2 Land and Blood Sun (lave the turn with 3 mana) T3 Lotus Field, so land, land, elf, Lotus Field - 6 mana, which is still great on T3. Play Kiora, minus her, drop a giant monster and draw a card. then you've got 10 mana on 4. I feel like that might get us something.
Edit: I feel like the new Dragon Legend is exactly what you want to ramp into here, so T3 (christmas land perhaps) Kiora, Samut, Tyrant Smasher, t4 Hasty 7/7 flying dragon with buit-in 1 sided Wrath. Seems like fun. Sure, it's a little glass-cannon ish but no risk - no reward right?
