Having 4 toughness right after coming into play with an Ajani's Welcome in the battlefield seems relevant, and the evasion is sweet. I had massive Pridemates blocked turn after turn, this just closes out the game quickly after a couple triggers.

With WotC being WotC I wouldn't be surprised if it was an accident they tried to pass for "artistic choice" or a "clever visual joke".

EDIT: then yes. An aerialist who can fly is cheating in the same way a free diver capable of breathing underwater is cheating.

As a player of this strategy I have to say they're going to the well way too often on this ability. This, Gideon's company, ajani pridemate, ajani's loyalty ability. This deck was arena playable with just pridemate.
