Panharmonicon on a Creature, and something with Deathtouch and Lifelink.
And a resilient bum.
Edit: I've been playing Sultai since the first Commander set, first Dania then Sidisi and briefly Leovald and a partner pair. Power level on Sultai commanders have always been tricky to balance, either overwhelming or irrelevant to the way the list plays. This feels very relevant but possibly fair.
Because that’s what we needed. Panharmonicon for everything on a good body with multiple keywords in the best three color combo in commander. Thanks WotC.
Great card. Possibly straight to the best Sultai commander. Or at least even with Muldrotha.
Muldrotha is a straight-up value monster, this thing is great but getting to use your graveyard as a second hand is still better, at least from first impression of this card. Don't get me wrong, I'm totally building a Yarok deck as well, but I think in terms of raw power Muldrotha is a "better" Commander, at least until someone finds a punisher card that punishes opponents for playing lands or something like that, a la Zozu for Sultai.

The art is fantastic, and it is a Horror as well!!! I was hoping for a Panharmonicon on a body, but WotC decided to upgrade it to any permanent! I will def be playing Sultai ETB tribal and cannot wait to see what degenerate things happen!!!
I have to ask this : Let's say I got Null Profusion and Recycle in play with this legend. I play a Fleshbag Marauder. I have to choose only one ability of those 3 cards to copy again, or every trigger of every of those cards with triggered abilities gonna trigger again at the same time?

Recycle and Null Profusion trigger when you play a land or cast a spell. So playing a land with Yarok out will have you double the trigger. Fleshbag Marauder will trigger the enchantments when you cast it. This is not doubled because FM is still on the stack. When FM resolves, you will double the FM sacrifice trigger.
Yarkok is a great commander for Constellation/enchantress decks. Probably the best enchantment-themed commander in these colours.
Also a pretty good landfall general.
Or an ally general.

Works exceedingly well with Phyrexian Dreadnought!
