So I guess her design space is flying and islands? she is a water and air mage so I guess that makes sense flavorfully.

Mu Yianling and Kasmina for the Blue planeswalker spot for coresets and the majority of set plz! (or make a Cephalid or a Rootwater like merfolk for it)
This interaction of Mu Yianling is not that great i would like it better if she costed 2UU and had 4 loyalty, at 3 it is basicaly that but one whole turn waiting to see if you can make the elemental (and vs control you can try to rush the ultimate i guess).
She is not bad, is somekind a blue Serra the Benevolent and probably we can say she is part of the megacycle of walkers that makes flying "iconic" creature types with Ob Nixilis of the Black Oath. I guess i will like Mu Yianling just not sure on her playablity on standard.
Wow that's pretty powaful for 3 mana. A +2 to kinda protect her. Lose Flyin is relevant too.
Air Elemental is great to have for so cheap & versatile.
She seems to only weild Air-Magic in this card though.
Powaful Planeswalker that reminds me of Liliana last hope ! I very much approve of her bein the water- wind-Planeswalker. Keep her around !
Looking back, I think it a pity core sets didn't shake up the blue planeswalker more often. I don't have anything against Jace, but some core sets could have used Tezzeret or Tamiyo to freshen things up, you know? Or Kiora, Narset, Venser...I would definitely have rather M15 not utterly wasted Jace, the Living Guildpact's potential.

Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.
PSA to everyone who keeps forgetting about the Reserved List:
You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. You're also only a few keystrokes away from finding out why some cards on the Reserved List got foil printings in FtV, as Judge promos, or whatnot, as well as why that won't happen again. Stop doing this.
Really begs to be put into a proliferate deck for that ultimate.
While starting at 2 loyalty seems pretty low, remember you can +2 before yout opponent gets priority, so she already dodged most instant-sepeed damage-based removal (save for heartfire and chandra's triumph with a chandra walker in play).
Too bad that she can't create a token before getting removed by a bedevil or similar, so if that happens, she won't leave anything on the board... But at least she dodges despark.
I'm confused about how y'all distracted by the pretty picture and the ultimate because this card is damn awful.
1) It starts with 2 loyalty, which means the ONLY thing you can do is tick it up.
2) That first ability effectively does nothing.
3) In order to activate the second ability (making it make a 4/4 flyer), it takes two turns. And a 4/4 flying token on turn 4 is pretty much on par with the curve. Which is to say, nearly unplayable unless it does something else.
4) Why on earth would you play this over Narset, which impacts the board immediately and generates card advantage???
Seriously guys, this is unplayable chaff, just like the 3 mana Jace. Too bad cuz the art is great on it.
