Couldn't you tuck Teferi with his own ability, then cast this? Then just hold out until you draw him again, which shouldn't be long in traditional WU control builds.

This is always the issue with Planar Cleansing. Control decks, especially those with white, almost always use permanents as win-conditions or removal. I suppose you could instant speed this with Teferi, Time Raveler on end-step, untap and play Command the Dreadhorde, but eh? Not sure it's Planar Cleansing's time to shine right now.
That new Ajani is kind of a Wrath, too. This set is looking pretty interesting.
ye and blue got a bounce all permanents spells too wonder if black and red will get mass removal too. Will be hard to play in arena can only see people going full control lol
