This should be really good with instigator. Goblins looks really grindy. Maybe not the best deck in a combo meta, but it probably looks to beat the decks trying to beat combo, while sometimes out nut-drawing combo.

Hell yeah! So that's why it wasn't in MH1, now Modern Gobbos are only missing Goblin Sharpshooter I don't know if it will be enough to make Goblins a real modern deck, but one can only hope. I'll be happy enough if they print enough more Goblins to Make Goblins Great Again in Standard.
Lackey is big. But I think gempalm incinerator and goblin sharpshooter are equally as important. Though, we do have munitions expert as a gempalm replacement
So with MH1 having Matron, and Core 20 having Ringleader, does Dirty Kitty become a potential tier strategy in Modern? With the combo of Matron and Ringleader (plus maybe Commune with the Gods to find Fecundity as well) to guarantee finding Prospector, it should be pretty easy to draw your whole deck and win on the combo turn.
