I like it, not sure under what circumstances it would see play, if at all, but it's an interesting way of setting up a red enchantment.

I think the fact it'll trigger on any permanent you control, not just you, not only means it shocks the opponent if they try targeted removal, but any kind of targeted removal on any of your pieces makes it very good. Especially in Standard, that's really powerful. I can also see this seeing a good amount of EDH play. I don't think it'll be close to the price of Sanctity or even Anticipation, but I do think it's much better than the other two red ones or the old green ones. Hopefully we get a new green one that's better than the old ones. Hopefully we get Anticipation and Void as the blue and black respectively for the financial value alone.

One of the few leylines that are good in multiples. Good card is good. Red is going to run wild with all of these varied damage sources.

Having it in your opening hand is one thing, but does red still want this effect at 2RR when they draw it from their deck, though? The tradeoff is real.

seems reasonable vs targeted discard and removal if you are playing burn. I doubt it makes the sb slot, but I am open to being wrong. It can definitely add up if it comes out on turn 0.

This actually is a reasonable counter-measure for a few combos in Modern, which Red didn't have. It stops the new Altar Of Dementia deck from milling you, and it stops the Vizier Of Remedies deck from shooting you dead with Walking Ballista. Also a good card against Jace, The Mind Sculptor attempting to lock you out with +2. Not sure if it's good enough, though.

both good sideboard tech for and against burn decks.

Also works well with Leyline of Sanctity because, while yes you won't get the trigger for them targeting you, this does give you a way to semi-protect your permanents.

These leylines are gonna be worth some dough, good that they're not mythic.
