daaaaaaaaaamn thass cold B... can't a guy have a controversial opinion on the internet these days?
Anyway the new card is interesting. I feel like it's an odd fit for most of the decks that are able to abuse it, considering it shuffles the gy in, which you'd have to go out of your way to fill in order to flash this back.
Also seems to be another shoutout to Time Spiral (the set), as this has the same casting cost, and also flashback, as Walk the Aeons does.
Just slightly weird that was "Aeons" and this is "Eons".
They probably wanted to force the alliteration of Echo and Eon, as some people push the "Ae" pronunciation of Aeons. Both spelling are acceptable. I think Aeons is a bit more arcane.
This card is really damn scary. Sure you need this in the Graveyard to get the best deal out of it, but it's not like Izzet decks have any problems getting stuff in the Graveyard.
Could Izzet Phoenix decks run or side a tech copy or two to refill their hand in long games? I know Phoenix wants their spells as cheap as they can get them, but running this seems like such a non-issue for them and the payoff is pretty damn good.
The problem with the Flashback mode is it hurts graveyard decks. However, it’s really good for pure value. I think this slots right into the Narset prison deck. Looting this early shouldn’t be that tough.
I'd think Timetwister effects in general hurt graveyard decks.

I don't think so. It doesn't work well with phoenix in the yard, faithless looting, snapcaster or ascension.

How i feel about competitive players and casual players in EDH: The competitive are german tourists, the casual are italian tourists, both in a italian beach. The italians asking themselves "why are the germans here?" make a legitimate question, the answer is because the beach is beautiful, no matter the country you came from. The italians wanting to ban the germans are dumb, because if the germans pay for their stay and follow the rules like everyone else, they have the right to be in the beach. Hovewer, if the germans started to ask themselves "why are the italians here?"... they would be dumb as hell.
Stuff like this is why Leovold is banned in Commander.

MTGS Wikia Article about "New World Order"
Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.
PSA to everyone who keeps forgetting about the Reserved List:
You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. You're also only a few keystrokes away from finding out why some cards on the Reserved List got foil printings in FtV, as Judge promos, or whatnot, as well as why that won't happen again. Stop doing this.
I honestly don't see how this doesn't get banned in modern and legacy. Modern may take a little while but it'll get there soon enough. There are already a few decks that can successfully bin this and reach the mana to do it by t2...that's scary to think about. Rituals and manamorphose t2 can even allow you to draw into a new set of 7 with mana floating.
Easy to chain and easy to dig for a payoff, all while potentially netting mana on the way up. Easy t3 for storm imho and we could even see this replace pieces of the puzzle out of the side if not some number in the main.
6 mana on the front end is something that is going to be largely Irrevant.
Does dredge want this? I don't even know. I'm scared :(.
"Faithless Eons" is going to be a deck. I don't know if it will be the same deck that focuses on Phoenix, but this helps negate the drawback of Faithless Looting while also providing a way to reshuffle them into the deck to draw again.

To be fair, Juzam Djinn is a 'bad card' by current evaluation.

Not being able to do anything with the new hand of cards you get before you pass it back to your opponent is a HUGE difference.

Nobody is ever touching that flashback cast ever I. Edh because it’s Ben eons since we got one that doesn’t exile itself
I expect it to be cast for its Flashback much more than for the full 6.
While Lion's Eye Diamond is still legal in legacy? This isn't just breakable, it's broken.
Sure, now we get this.

In edh there’s beyond countless ways to get it back and 6 mana cost is laughable In edh
