Quote from ElysiumIn what universe? If you build a deck like that, and ever draw that hand, I will personally come to wherever you live, perform complicated acts of awestruck ********, then disembowel myself to escape the world that allowed something like this to occur and validate you.

Agreed. This makes more sense in white, as it is an enemy of the red storm archtype. But I guess white has answers to storm already?
Quote from lookingupanddown »Lifegain is split between three colors: white, black, and green. White has the most, running lifelink and straight-up lifegain. Black gets lifelink and the occasional drain spell, while green gets only straight-up lifegain, usually small and creature-based.
Quote from theMarc »PSA to everyone who keeps forgetting about the Reserved List:
You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. You're also only a few keystrokes away from finding out why some cards on the Reserved List got foil printings in FtV, as Judge promos, or whatnot, as well as why that won't happen again. Stop doing this.

Quote from FourSkinrender »Would have liked to see "target player gains" in lieu, to add utility for killing opposing Death's Shadow but can't be choosey now.
Quote from knto »Am I the only person who is upset about this being common? I really like the card, but pauper doesn't need another storm card. I guess it doesn't win the game?

Actually, green usually gets lifegain in larger amounts, while white usually gets it in small amounts. White's lifegain spells are usually instants, while green's are usually sorceries. That said, there are of course exceptions.
