that's a very bad way to spell vigilance. But really bad. This makes Sentinel Sliver looking a tier1 card in comparison.
Do you even realize this ability exists for different purposes?
Even Slivers aside, Horseshoe Crab ruined M25 Limited singlehandedly with a couple of auras and equipments.

Sadly because Gemhide Sliver gives each Sliver the T: add 1 of any color ability instead of the Ally version there's no immediate way to abuse this but with 2 other allies, and a way to make Harabaz Druid into a Sliver it's infinite mana... so that's something?

It's not supposed to be vigilance(esque), it's supposed to let you untap your slivers, so you can tap them for their activated abilities again, and again, and again... Until you run out of mana. The Sliver Queen + Heartstone + Ashnod's Altar infinite mana combo welcomes the mana sink.

It's about time for the reserved list to die, for the sake of Vintage and Legacy (And Commander).

Yeah sure, but once you reach infinite mana...there's really a lot of ways to win at that point. Even a stupid Fireball do the job done.
The Queen at least does a great job also as a standalone card, and not only paired with some combo engine. But is a sad crap alone.
How can you guys look at a blue creature with an untap ability and only think of combat?
Slivers are traditionally for combat not combo.
It has a place somewhere. Just not in any Sliver deck I am going to play.

STOP using "dude/bro" as a pejorative or insult. Grow up.
Margaret Thatcher: “The problem with socialism is that you eventually run out of other people's money.”
Benjamin Franklin: "Those who would give up essential Liberty, to purchase a little temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety."
Martin Luther King Jr.: "I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character."
Fun fact, this is the second third ever trilobite in Magic, with the first having debuted relatively recently. Apparently Electryte was errata'd at some point, probably around the same time.

Can you name all of the creature types with at least 20 cards? Try my Sporcle Quiz! Last Updated: 6/29/20 (Core Set 2021).
Staying in tribe it lets you do all sorts is silly tap things over and over again. While most of the tribe grants an ability to every other sliver anyway there may be corner cases where it's worth it. Untapped non creature mana can be used for more tap abilities.

Honestly, if I am doing the infinite mana thing, I generally use the mana to generate fifty or sixty tokens, before casting warp world. If you play slivers, you have win with style. But as someone else pointed out, even in modern there are applications, without going infinite.

And that's only within Slivers. There are plenty other degenerate things one can do with a lot of mana and a self-untapping creature.
