I fail to see how cards like this couldn't be printed in a normal Standard-legal set.

So the purpose of MH1 is to print 10 cards that might be relevant for Modern and would break Standard, and then put 250 Modern-irrelevant cards or Standard-acceptable cards around it? Sounds like a great idea for a product.

I can understand it for commons and uncommons where limited is a factor (though I really wish it wasn't), but I expect Rares/Mythics to clearly be something they wouldn't (re)print in a Standard set. Otherwise, what's the point?
The Internet was a revelation to me, I never imagined there are so many idiots on this planet.
Quote from theMarc »PSA to everyone who keeps forgetting about the Reserved List:
You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. You're also only a few keystrokes away from finding out why some cards on the Reserved List got foil printings in FtV, as Judge promos, or whatnot, as well as why that won't happen again. Stop doing this.
