Though lack of trample is a serious issue, this thing is a Blightning on legs,by legs I mean a Blighting on a jetpack, this card could see play in an R/B fast aggro or burn deck, and it sounds downright brutal vs control, imagine hitting the opponent with this after they have tapped out T2 to play a Search for Azcanta, there goes almost 1/3 of your life total and you're 2 cards down, have fun.

It does have trample (unless the translation is off).
This is pretty gross. Lots of value off a bloodbraid elf potentially. Not many decks have that kind of hand size by t4 but you're going to hit juicy targets if they do.

Interesting twist on Ball Lightning, is it strong enough to see competitive play though? I know for sure I will trying to fit these in my Rakdos aggro deck.

Oops, my bad, the translation is correct, I confused probivnoj udar (trample) with piervyj udar (first strike), so this is in fact one of the most insane BR aggro cards I've seen in a while, a Ball Lightning that made you discard a card would be quite good already, and this bad boy takes TWO, yep, this is what power looks like.
So, on checking the translation myself, I'm pretty sure this is just combat damage, not arbitrary damage. That said, I don't know Russian, so if anyone can confirm or refute that would be very helpful.

Sure, боевые повреждения means combat damage if I remember correctly.
