This contradicts what Wizards says in their latest MTGO announcement:

Can’t wait. I figured War Of The Spark wouldn’t give me much of what I want for my private brews. So I’ve been anticipating Modern Horizons since it was announced! I’ve a creeping suspicion MH will check several of my want boxes.
I wonder if they have any plans to make modern a thing in Arena for this new set. Maybe start out with just this set, then continue to add other modern sets into Arena as they update the game. I would be willing to bet Arena would get a huge boost in popularity.
If not "Modern", then maybe something along the lines of Heartstone's "Wild" format.

They are definitely planning for a post-modern format. It just comes down to when they want that format to start and which set the format begins with. We have heard rumors that they went back and included Shadows Over Innistrad but never released it. There has also been talk of a "Horizons" format, which would be post-modern + Modern Horizons, so effectively Modern Horizons is a set for both formats.
How i feel about competitive players and casual players in EDH: The competitive are german tourists, the casual are italian tourists, both in a italian beach. The italians asking themselves "why are the germans here?" make a legitimate question, the answer is because the beach is beautiful, no matter the country you came from. The italians wanting to ban the germans are dumb, because if the germans pay for their stay and follow the rules like everyone else, they have the right to be in the beach. Hovewer, if the germans started to ask themselves "why are the italians here?"... they would be dumb as hell.
Who cares watchin other people playin anyway. Especially when they have what EVERYONE really wants. More spoilers !

I've learned quite a lot watching others draft on Arena and helped me place in teh top 8 at FNM a few times. So it's valuable to those who are looking for it.

That Replicate card is great. It makes up for the lackluster replicate cards in their entirety from Guildpact. So far so good. Now let's pause for a sandwich before the uncommons are revealled.
