Selesnya and Simic teaming up...the flavor text is just hilarious.
In times of trouble everyone needs a clucking viashino moment to lighten the mood
Fun card. Everyone likes a dig-for-three-and-take-something-to-help card. Not sure if I like the put on the bottom part or if it would've been better in the graveyard...

These could likely just be alliances of convenience in the face of a greater threat. The alliance between the U.S. and the USSR certainly didn't last beyond WWII.
Both of the Bonds revealed so far create shard combinations, so the other possible combinations are:
Naya: Boros and Gruul (Selesnya being already used)
Jund: Rakdos and Golgari (Gruul being necessary for Naya)
Grixis: Izzet and Dimir (Rakdos being necessary for Jund)
Of course, there is possibility for more than one Bond cycle, but considering each color has six possible guild pairs, the other five cycles will likely have to wait for future sets.

MTGS Wikia Article about "New World Order"
Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.
PSA to everyone who keeps forgetting about the Reserved List:
You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. You're also only a few keystrokes away from finding out why some cards on the Reserved List got foil printings in FtV, as Judge promos, or whatnot, as well as why that won't happen again. Stop doing this.
Surprised it says "On bottom in any order". I thought they were doing away with that since the bottom doesn't matter too much.
Vivien also does this in the set. Based on the recent handful of sets, it's "any order" if you're looking at three cards, and "a random order" if you're looking at four or more cards.
Side note: It's really hard to randomize two cards. It's fairly hard to randomize three cards, but there's still some chance of having the order be obscured during a quick shuffle.

Perhaps a return to Tarkir could see a wedge cycle of Bonds?

Perhaps a return to Tarkir could see a wedge cycle of Bonds?
I'm talking actual Guilds teaming up in various same-color overlaps. But I could see other faction worlds having Bonds as well. Outcasts of Tarkir would be a good place for enemy-color Bond spells, and New Alara would be a good place for ally-color Bond spells.
A rare cycle of monocolor commands representing all four guilds of a given color working together would also be neato.
And I think it'd be neat to get a rare WUBRG Bond of the Guilds spell that shows all ten Guilds combining their might into one big super-spell. Maybe something on par with Coalition Victory.

The green bond is Selesnya + Simic
The white bond is Azorius + Orzhov
The blue bond is definitely Dimir + Izzet since they are the only blue guilds without a bond card so far.
Because Dimir is with Izzet, the only black guilds left to pair together are Rakdos + Golgari.
Then, red defaults to be Boros + Gruul.
It's better than oath of nissa as it can grab any permanent and gives you 3 life. Grabbing artifacts is very relevant in making the card better and grabbing an enchantment is a bonus that can come up when searching for an early Rest in Peace. Ancient stirring is heavily played in colorless decks. People would complain that blue can't get preordain yet green would get this.
This card may have a special place in Bogles. Almost every card (including sideboard) in Bogles - also known as Hexproof-Auras - is a permanent card: lands, creatures, enchantments and artifacts. This means that you cast it for 1G, can look at the 3 on top, put 1 into hand and gain 3 life. This can accelerate the game a lot.. even granting fast access to Daybreak Coronet and any other aura or, during games 2 and 3, fast access to sideboard cards. Bogles desperately needs good cantrips.
The "On bottom in any order" part is useful for Bogles too.. once some important cards (like Dryad Arbor) aren't useful neither in hand nor in the graveyard. If the 2 cards were put in the graveyard, these cards would be easy targets to Surgical Extraction. For a deck like Bogles, it's much much better that the other 2 cards are going to the bottom of the library and not to the graveyard.

(Look for images of him from Highlander 2 and you get pretty damn close.)
I like this card, I think it is going to see play in a variety of formats.

This looks like the most useful of the cooperation cards. Mono green but feels like it's a blue card.
