Yes but only if the boar is a samurai, has vigilance, or you just make alot of copies of Godo and kill the oponent 3 damage each time.
Not even then. Godo needs to be declared as an attacker during the declare attackers step for his second ability to trigger, but Ilharg skips this step. Any creature that enters the battlefield tapped and attacking was never declared as an attacker, so attack triggers will never function for them that way, for better or for worse.

However what you guys are looking for is something like Medomai the Ageless, which can get the same effect (if not better).
Ravnica is awakening to stop the unnatural threat of Bolas. Shock and awe! The writing is bumming me out. The big reveal is slowly losing the hope I had.
MTGS Wikia Article about "New World Order"
Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.
PSA to everyone who keeps forgetting about the Reserved List:
You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. You're also only a few keystrokes away from finding out why some cards on the Reserved List got foil printings in FtV, as Judge promos, or whatnot, as well as why that won't happen again. Stop doing this.
Seems legit. As far as other creatures in Standard that you might want to play, to up the threshold of targets; Angrath's Marauders will give Ilharg, the Raze-Boar 12 trample damage. Carnage Tyrant just a nice way to curve into as well, so multiples in hand won't be so awkward. Trample is nice. Multani, Yavimaya's Avatar - I think one of these would be nice as then it creates and engine that hard to stop as you can return it to hand in face of removal. Pelakka Wurm - The life gain is relevant.
The problem with defining this format by what is "fun" is that everyone seems to define fun as what they don't lose to. If you keep losing to easily answered cards, that means you should improve your deck. If you don't want to improve your deck, then you should come to peace with the idea that you are going to lose because you chose to not interact with better strategies.
No, but is the hardest of the gods to get rid off. You baiscally need a terminus-effect.

Which requires 5 non-land cards and 4 lands, so 9 cards out of 10 or 11 depending on play/draw, as well as no interaction from the opponent. Given those conditions, RDW already easily wins on T4 with Steamkin, Light up the Stage and burn.
Meh. A lot of hype in this thread. The boar is only good if your opponent cannot deal with a 6/6 for 3RR, in which case any fatty would serve the purpose.

6/6 for 3RR isn't the fun part. What it cheats out for attack is.
Besides, with some card draw (say, Kiora, Behemoth Beckoner), it returns in no time.

Anyways, red card is good.
Ilharg is basically the Gruul apocalypse. Who said he was on Ravnica's side?

He's on Ravnica, the plane's side, just not on Ravnica, the city's.

The End-Raze prophecy could also be a misunderstanding. Maybe the actual "apocalypse" is Bolas and Ilharg is actually the savior? Who knows?

Honestly, while I think the art is fine, it doesn't quite convey the apocalyptic feeling I was expecting from the End-Raze God. I always pictured Ilharg to reach up to Ravnica's spires.

SO we might get Zombie Gods as typing for the Amonkhet Gods

Not Indestructible?
He can come back after being killed.
You might as well complain about The Scarab God not being indestructible either, while you're at it.

Giving him Haste with Rhythm of the Wild or even Samut, Tyrant Smasher will be easy-enough. Then they need instant-speed removal that turn or they could take 15 from Hogman the Intruder + End-Raze Forerunners (more if you have mana dorks on board) or 18 from Hogman + Ghalta, Primal Hunger.
not complaining, just seems odd to me that's all. Truly an amazing card.
