Even though deathtouch for Armies is almost irrelevant (if only you aren't fighting bigger Army), at the very least this guy gives your Zombie tokens DEADLY CHINS!
So far we have.... Menace and Hexproof, Flying and now Deathtouch for our zombie tokens.... Let's keep the keyword soup going guys! (Copy effects seem REALLY spicy now... hello quasiduplicate)

MTG Junky... First packs being a starter of each 4th Edition and Ice Age. Good Grief, I've been playing since 1995? Where does the time go!

this is mtgs, where occam's razor is so blunt it can't cut jello any more.

Haste and Lifelink from the other two Viziers?
Yes, Haste makes sense for the Vizier of the Locust. The other ability he had was flying, but we already had a give your zombies flying dude. So it'll probably be Red. That leaves Vizier of the Scarab most likely being Blue? But the Scarab god's tokens are just 4/4's. Maybe whenever you make a zombie token you Scry 1?
Are those hedrons in the background, or do we have several different floating polyhedra in mtg lore?
Hedrons are specifically eight sided polyhedra, while these are elongated prisms. That's how you know they are the "obelisks" of Amnkhet. Besides Amonkhet and Zendikar, you also see floating archetecture on Dominaria (mostly associated with the Church of Serra, but also some Thrawn artifacts), Kamigawa (associated with the Moonfolk), the sky-ports on Kaladesh, and even Ravinca itself has stuff like the Boros Legion's Parhelion and Parhelion II. Plus the Meditation Plane is all kinds of crazy. I guess what I'm saying is, there is a lot of flying architecture in the Multiverse.
I think it'd be cool to have an Army/Zombie lord that makes it so that if an Army were to take damage, it instead loses a +1/+1 counter or maybe loses half... Something to make removal less devastating...
EDIT: Also, I'm much more interested to see the changes to Zombie tribal and EDH than I am for these cards in limited or standard.
glad they are giving the Army a lot of support, so this single creature can become a large problem as the game goes on, Also Zombie token decks celebrate (Scarab God Decks especially...Flavor win?)
I don't think there will be one with haste unless the amass number on the card that it comes with is big. Granting haste to an army that already exists doesn't do anything notable, though I guess if it's in play and your current army dies, future armies, though small, could theoretically attack immediately.
If they push a sacrifice theme in R/B, I guess the haste could matter there if you're sacrificing zombie tokens all over the place.
What if Vizier of the Locust applies a rummaging effect? Say, whenever one or more Zombies you control attack? Major synergy with "cycle or discard" matters cards from AMK block, and also triggers Locust God's ability.

MTGS Wikia Article about "New World Order"
Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.
PSA to everyone who keeps forgetting about the Reserved List:
You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. You're also only a few keystrokes away from finding out why some cards on the Reserved List got foil printings in FtV, as Judge promos, or whatnot, as well as why that won't happen again. Stop doing this.
Assuming we get one for each God, Vizier of the Locust would have to be Red and Vizier of the Scarab would have to be blue, to maintain color balance, unless all viziers are naturally black. Locust granting haste would make sense and be reminiscent of the actual God. Who knows what Scarab would get
I'm personally doubtful of there being viziers of the other gods. This card seems to be part of a three-colour cycle together with Eternal Skylord instead. Plus, Vizier of the Locust and Vizier of the Scarab do not evoke a kind of mechanical identity as Scorpion + Deathtouch does. What would a Scarab or Locust give? The most intuitive would be flying for locust, but a) there's already the Skylord and b) that'd leave the Vizier of the Scarab at red, which makes no sense.

No, they are obelisks from the portion of Naktamun overlaying onto Ravnica due to the Planar Bridge.

I mean, I would grab him faster than the speed of light.
