I like it. 6 power for 5 mana. If you give him trample hes kind of a house. Since we are seeing more of these "opposite-of-menace" creatures, you think they'll eventually keyword it? Nuisance?

If they can go this long without keywording it, I doubt they're ever going to.
If they're ever going to keyword one of the classic, green pseudo-evasion abilities, I'd hope it was "overpower", but in my reckoning that's no closer to being a reality than the Stalking Tiger ability. Partially because they need to find a good second / third color for it, partially because it would have to take the place of one of the current evergreen keywords in order to keep complexity down, and partially because they'd probably like to keep it flexible (like, have it able to key off toughness or CMC) so as to avoid the problems with prowess where it just doesn't fit perfectly into every environment. The Stalking Tiger ability has similar issues.

They wen't longer with Menace before keywording it. All the way from Fallen Empires. (Goblin War Drums)

It's about time for the reserved list to die, for the sake of Vintage and Legacy (And Commander).
I don't think they use it often enough to justify keywording it. It usually only shows up once or twice a set, if at all.

MTGS Wikia Article about "New World Order"
Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.
PSA to everyone who keeps forgetting about the Reserved List:
You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. You're also only a few keystrokes away from finding out why some cards on the Reserved List got foil printings in FtV, as Judge promos, or whatnot, as well as why that won't happen again. Stop doing this.

Card advantage is not the same thing as card draw. Something for 2B cannot be strictly worse than something for BBB or 3BB. If you're taking out Swords to Plowshares for Plummet, you're a fool. Stop doing these things!

True, but as far as we know they also aren't actively searching to replace a G/x keyword the same way they were trying to replace fear / intimidate with menace.
If you're looking to speculate about a new evergreen keyword, I think your best shot is trying to guess what prowess's replacement will be.
I am ALMOST certain that the intended translation of "desafiante" here is "defiant" and NOT "challenging."
Flavor text is something close to "For most, war is a calamity, for others, an opportunity, and for a few, a pleasure."
As a native Spanish speaker, I definitely agree, in Spanish we use "desafiante" to mean "defiant" most of the time, despite desafío meaning challenge on its own, we normally use difícil (difficult) to express "challenging", I'd definitely try "Defiant Troll" in the number crunch instead of "Challenging Troll"
This ability will not be keyworded because green isn't in dire need for a keyworded, evergreen ability. They had to come up with Intimidate, Prowess, and Menace because red commons needed some pretty badly.

Well, Intimidate is also because they had mentioned something about not wanting to have Fear be a Black-only ability, anymore.

I agree that it isn't necessary, but it makes the cards look cleaner than having a sentence of text on every card that has the same ability.
Yes yes YES! I came here to pretty much say this. A 6/5 for 5 is already a fine rate, but the stalking ability for all of my fatties?! Heck yeah. Also, I really dig the art.

Can you name all of the creature types with at least 20 cards? Try my Sporcle Quiz! Last Updated: 6/29/20 (Core Set 2021).
Duel or Dueling sounds the best as it perfectly describes what is going on: a duel between two combatants. Still, it's not something they're actively looking to keyword, because again, it doesn't show up nearly enough.

And you guys are just talking about it should be keyworded.
Nice. Thanks for the knowledge. Interesting to see this guy stalking, amirite?

Duel
Single combat (just printed on a card too!)
Challenge
A couple other things fit that I don’t quite like. Bully, Dominate, Alpha.
This mechanic always makes me think of the Michael Jackson Beat It vídeo and the knife “duel”
