I like it! Kinda like norin and it can get kinda nuts in a deck built around something that lets you cast stuff off the top of your library.
While I do wish he cost U, I get the 2 cmc since he replaces himself ETB at worst. With reanimation spells or flicker effects it's a solid upgrade to other cards like elvish visionary that don't care about the tribal aspect.
This card seems pushed. A worst it's an Elvish Visionary without a relevant creature type but with a silly shuffle ability. Visionary's solid, so that's an awfully high floor.
So hard when everyone has wanted something for so long and then it happens and it's like ehhh....pretty good I guess
People asking for Fblthp to be a pushed, Constructed allstar were kidding themselves. I'm 100% happy with how this turned out, he's a reasonable card that oozes flavor, and he's basically just a meme on legs. I'd honestly have been fine if we just kept getting him sneaking into card art in each Ravnica set, but I'm totally ok with how his card turned out. I suspect enough people were asking for him to get a card that Wizards decided to just do it.
