Seems likely to me that at least five of those 36 will turn out to be Bolas-aligned. Story-wise, it wouldn't make sense for Bolas to only plan to take over half the guilds, so five of them were probably his proxies for the other guilds but didn't make it in time or something.
The PWs will likely be part of their own special sheet, akin to Timeshifted cards and DFCs, thus they may not appear at all in the usual Common, Uncommon, and Rare/Mythic slots.
This is already known and confirmed to be true. But we can assume it will work like DFCs and Legendaries in Dominaria, where they have rarities that regulate how frequently they show up in their dedicated slot.
Apparently there’s a couple of speculation they may be hiding a 37th walker in the set
Is this speculation like someone found a clue? Or speculation like someone fired off a wild ass guess and then it got repeated a couple of times until people started assuming it was true even though there was no initial basis for the idea?

Ashiok and Tibalt seem like obvious choices for Dimir and Rakdos (though Ob Nixilis would be far more likely to usurp Rakdos than Tibalt), but what about Selesnya, Boros, and Simic? I mean, the bident Kiora stole does resemble Bolas's horns. Maybe Bolas offered to heal Zendikar with his godlike powers if Kiora corrupted Simic for him? And I could see Nahiri being the Boros agent. But none of the 36 feel like they'd work as the Selesnya agent. Hat Lady and Huatli both look too out of place, and Ajani is one of Bolas' enemies. They would need a new GW PW who is either being coerced, mind controlled, or drastically misguided.
MTGS Wikia Article about "New World Order"
Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.
PSA to everyone who keeps forgetting about the Reserved List:
You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. You're also only a few keystrokes away from finding out why some cards on the Reserved List got foil printings in FtV, as Judge promos, or whatnot, as well as why that won't happen again. Stop doing this.
I don't think the Bolas Walkers will be color balanced at least not for all color pairs and WG seems like the obvious fit for not being Bolas alligned. Dovin's Acuity says they were 6 Planeswalkers including Tezzeret. Bolas might have more on his side, but Ob Nixilis may just be against the Gatewatch and I assume Vraska will not be the only Walker that will turn agsinst Bolas, when his plans become more obvious. I would just like to see, how Ugin comes to the Plane or how Sorin and Nahiri end up there, which could be really nice side storys.

Wasn't Dovin trying to go against bolas when Emergency Powers happened?
Does mark even realize he may have accidentally revealed bolas lost
This likely confirms more oaths (likely regardless) the oaths in the story’s next to always happen after the fight
After ulamog and kozilek died gatewatch begins
After emrakul got trapped liliana oath
After Belzenlok death Teferi oath
I don’t know when ajanis oath was during or after Kaladesh fight.
A maybe isn't a yes. And it ould be bolas' oath aswell.

Although Oaths show Bolas doesn't kill everyone and win (which was obvious), they don't necessarily show he's totally defeated. For instance Bolas could slaughter many walkers, wreck Ravnica with the immortals, but whatever he wants to ultimately do he can't because of interference of some sort, and Bolas leaves the plane. I mean they always seem to want Bolas as a recurring villain so it wouldn't surprise me, it could just be an Oath to fight on, not give up etc. Or hell Bolas takes their sparks somehow and traps them somewhere, an Oath to fix what's happened (sort of like in the Thanos situation).

And again the gatewatch ruim magic once again.
I m considering on just ignoring completely the story. Gosh can we skip this gatewatch thing and have stories of walkers converging instead of being part of a group. Like we had after conflui. We see how elspeth lost everything, then she goes out on helping someone else, fail. Then we move to Innistrad, another walker tale (liliana and Garruk), then we go to zendikar, ***** happens eldrazi happens (big hype) we see Gideon and Jace, then we go to RTR following Jace and Gideon on their efforts to find help for zendikar. Then we see Elspeth again, being a champion, making the impossible, being betrayed. Then we see Sarkhan following the voices of his head.
Then maro, development team, other people on Wizards thinks we need powerrangers. And everything since that has been awful (some storylines where good-ok but the majority has been a pain in the butt, even ones in planes that had good development)
Plz stop with the gatewatch.
Move into planeswalkers plots coverging.
Like: make a plane where Dack Fayden is helping another planeswalker to overthrow a powerful mage that reings over the plane. They discover said mage was a agent for a planeswalker. Then we move Narset meeting with Teferi and asking for his teachings about time manipulation, something goes badly in the plane maybe tarkir and they have to fix things and learn more about what happened with sarkhan. We follow Nissa as she goes to Lorwin to investigate the aurora and what happened to the plane, we learn that a planeswalker is trying to dethrone the fae queen and that is the same Pw from the first story , and idk I m writhing this while I m finishing my biological necessities and I don’t work with this.
I don’t know what’s dumber - assuming WotC design lead knows less about the story than tenuous fan theories, or giving a **** about the gatewatch story.

Not to mention that we already had 1 moment when Bolas utterly defeated the Jacestice league and... The worst that happened was Gideon losing his weapon... Big deal, since he got a better one right away.
Interconnected plots had the benefit of focusing on a smaller number of characters to develop, putting quality over quantity, while the current power rangers put quantity over quality.
On the other hand, the 3 sets per block + novels also gave more time for character and plot development, while the current single sets only give 3 months at best for the plot articles, which is not very suitable for character development if you have to jump away in the next set.
I find it utterly baffling anyone would think Bolas had a ghosts of a chance winning. The question has never been “Will Bolas lose”, you hav to add a How/Why to the front of that. Even without the Gatewatch Bolas wouldn’t win, villains don’t have overwhelming victories like that.

Hour of Devastation and New Phyrexia would like a word with you.
That is nothing like this Showdown. If Bolas wins, all Planeswalkers we know will either lose their Spark or die with Bolas being unvincible and the Story basically ends forever. The Gatewatch will win. Most (or all) Guilds and other Planeswalkers will turn against him, when they see, what is happening and then he will maybe not be killed, but weakened or prisoned like it was planned with the Immortal Sun before. Maybe Tezzeret plays a role here, but I think he will be one of the main antagonists for the Phyrexian plot, that seems to be coming next.

Yes because Bolas would rather had them stay alive. Liliana since she was one demon away from falling into his claws and the other 4 for what seems to be spark harvesting, though Jace only escape thanks to Ugin and Nissa and Chandra where almost killed until the other members got a lucky in hit and let them escape.

Oh, come on now. They would find a way to defeat him and reverse the changes just like the MCU will find a way to defeat Thanos and reverse the snap. Infinity War wasn't the story ending "basically forever with Thanos being invincible"

Neither of those are “villains kill off the most profitable characters in the game and became effectively omnipotent”. Which, presumably, is what would happen if Bolas won. I didn’t say villains can’t win at all.

So... You thought Bolas would win? Come one, man. This is the final act. He has to lose, otherwise all future sets are just Bolas conquering a plane, which would be boring.

Because Nibiru and the Annunaki are the secret forces behind controlling Bolas! Doye!
In all seriousness, it would be a good gimmick. Not sure who it could be though that we don't know of already. Tezzeret perhaps?
