I’ll bet they have fuse cards where each side is 2 colored but they share a color.
I also think they may have split or dual planeswalker cards with the amount of planeswalkers in the set. Maybe we even get a 5 colored planeswalker card called “The Gatewatch.”
While I would like Nissa to show-up and tagteam with Chandra so we could have another planar fireball, my guess is that Chandra is going to be partnered up with Ajani.
maybe they do it like they did on alara, where colors can be mixed up
Meaning what, exactly? With Alara, the rules were that cards could be colorless, any one color, any two-color combination (emphasizing allies over enemies), any arc, or starting with Conflux, five-color, so a total of 26 color identities. (But the rule was that those were EDH-style color identities, and you couldn't have, e.g. a white card with "If you control a swamp and a mountain...")

Card advantage is not the same thing as card draw. Something for 2B cannot be strictly worse than something for BBB or 3BB. If you're taking out Swords to Plowshares for Plummet, you're a fool. Stop doing these things!
eh, its most likely just whatever guilds aligned with whichever side teaming up together. so like, if azorius and izzet side with bolas we'd get a mix of the two or something. it'll also probably be under explored, and not very interesting.
I can imagine an abundance of Planeswalkers like AVR had plenty Angels & DTK had many Dragons
Yeah, but angels and dragons have long been available at uncommon.

The whole talk about guilds against guilds suggest that the set will have cards where 2 guilds work together, like having a card with both Surveil and Undergrowth on it
This set will probably be mechanically separate from the GRN block. Dragons Maze didn’t go over well plus the new model is supposed to be separate sets. We could see throwbacks to the mechanics (ie surveil written out without the keyword) but I don’t think we’ll see returning mechanics.
If the guilds still is a part of the set and story, it would be weird if they didn't have their mechanics
I could see new mechanics that play in space for multiple guilds.
So what are the odss of getting reverse Flip Walkers? With only minus abiltys which makes them flip into creatures when their loyalty reaches 0 after the ability resolves. Like using up there spark?

The entire point of blocks going away was so they wouldn't have to extend mechanics into additional sets. This is no different from Traps not showing up in Rise of the Eldrazi, or Flashback in Avacyn Restored. This set isn't about the guilds anyway so it would be weird if guild mechanics were a focal point. You can be sure though that there will be individual cards that play well with guild themes since that's how they design sets to support casual/standard.
I am half expecting to see one (or more) of the original signers of the guildpact to show up in this set, specifically Maat'Selesnya. If there is one thing that would awaken the soul of Selesnya, it would be an interplanar invasion.
And the others that are still on Ravnica and not dead yet are in no way weaklings themselves, both being over ten thousand years old and already powerful back when it was originally signed, and unlike planeswalkers, they have not diminished in power. Bolas is in for one hell of a fight, and he knows it, which is likely the reason he wanted to weaken the guilds in the first place.

It's about time for the reserved list to die, for the sake of Vintage and Legacy (And Commander).

That would be Mat'Selesnya, Niv Mizzet and Rakdos... We already saw them.
Azor can't planeswalk (currently), the Obzedat was exterminated, Razia is dead.
That would leave Szadek (currently in the ghost quarter locked up by ghost Kos.
The original parun of the Simic (most probably dead).
The original parun of the Golari (dead and his remains destroyed iirc)
The original parun of the Gruul (most probably dead).
So...
We already saw them all apart from Selesnya.
