So 233 does not fit the number crunch as Vintage of the Gatewatch given it’s between Gate Colssus and Gruul Locket. Could the card be called Gatewatch’s Vintage or Something similar?

Guildpact, not Gatewatch. And yes, the name is a placeholder.

Quite happy w/ the multi-color artifact-Lord-like-thingee... especially happen it isn't legendary. I run a lot of multi-colored decks, as well as multi-color Commander decks. Hell, it'll fill a slot (maybe) in a few Tiny Leaders decks.
Funny how a card's design can be so darn simple; and you wonder why wasn't it thought up earlier. Believe me, w/ some of the designs for Magic cards I have made, I am in awe that some simple designs still haven't been implemented yet. Or maybe they're just in a "good ideas" bank, waiting for the right set to come along and claim them... anyhoo, back on topic: a great card for the casual crowd.
Both cards seem pretty good. 2 mana Artifact Anthem seems super sweet, especially considering Afterlife makes multicolored Spirits. Shame March of the Multitudes tokens are monowhite.
As for the Red card... Guild Summit is a fantastic card and this seems to follow the same vein. In the right deck, it'll be always at least a Deafening Clarion without the Lifelink mode, but the fact it scales up as the game progresses and can even potentially lay waste to Carnage Tyrants all by itself is a godsend. Wouldn't be surprised at all to see 4/5c Gate Control decks seeing fringe play.
It’s almost a shame this isn’t a block so that GRN and RNA could be drafted together so that all this gate stuff could combine.
I am kind of hoping that they use their newly created freedom from blocks to make the third set compatible with the previous two and have them be drafted together.
District Guide and Circuitous Route allow us to tutor gates, either to the hand or directly to the battlefield. I suppose the "ideal" number of gates needed to maximize the effectiveness of Gates Ablaze would be 5, but more can't hurt. It should also be possible to take the typical "tutor basic lands" approach then Scapeshift them for gates.
I suppose Izzet Drakes wouldn't mind the artifact--even one copy would put the drakes out of reach of Lava Coil.
Multicolored creatures you control get +1/+1.

Gates Ablaze looks like a good Gate payoff card.
