This is the first addendum card I really like. Addendum mode is basically "skip to the third chapter of Song of Freyalise" and will probably be the more common use. But wrath/removal protection or ambush on blocks is a pretty nice choice too.
I might want this for Atraxa. Wrath protection, obviously, but it can also give me more +1/+1 to work with if I'm in short supply, and indestructible+vigilance can allow for relatively risk-free attacks.

I was thinking the same. Though i was just trying to get the deck more efficient and cut Inspiring Call in favor of Heroic Intervention.
Card advantage is not the same thing as card draw. Something for 2B cannot be strictly worse than something for BBB or 3BB. If you're taking out Swords to Plowshares for Plummet, you're a fool. Stop doing these things!
MTGS Wikia Article about "New World Order"
Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.
PSA to everyone who keeps forgetting about the Reserved List:
You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. You're also only a few keystrokes away from finding out why some cards on the Reserved List got foil printings in FtV, as Judge promos, or whatnot, as well as why that won't happen again. Stop doing this.
i mean heroic intervention sees some edh play and makes for blowouts
not so sure white benefits from the effect the same way though given its lack of ability to dig for it. i guess if you're in g/w it's helpful... but then you're just running heroic intervention anyway. all the other color pairs for white in edh don't typically go wide enough to make this that great, or they do and can't dig this thing up easily
its not exactly a bad card, its just REALLY boring
Sure there's some interesting utility in the vigilant Inspiring Roar option (which doesn't feel Azorius to me), but there was utility in the Wake the Reflections embedded in Rootborn's Indestructible efffect too.
I like this space for white. Just not at rare. If it's gonna be rare I would hope it does something more interesting than staple another common-level effect to it (even if it does make it more cost effective than past instances of said effect).
I wonder if the official English name is going to be "United We Stand"
Let's save that for the next round of Split cards, where both halfs have the first word in common
United We Stand // United We Fight (W - indestructible // might of the masses)
Lost in Thought // Lost in Translation (U - can't play instants this turn // can't play sorceries this turn)
No Regrets // No Tomorrow (B - graveyard hard // some "lose next turn" effect)
As for this card, it might find home in White Weenie and/or Selesnya Tokens. These decks already play mass pump spells as a 1 or 2-of and this can double up as a permanent Loxodon effect. In fact, anyone remembers the last card that gave your entire board +1/+1 counters?
Holy maccheroni, this is going straight in my Selesnya tokens deck.
Have a feeling if UW or Bant or GW Aggro become a thing, this is a big part of it.
The fact that it can also give vigilance is crazy good in a deck with convoke. Especially for March of the Multitudes.
I like that.
In fact I like it so much, now it kinda annoys me that they made this an Azorius card, because other than trying to prove they can use the Addendum keyword that does things that have been done before in every color (Might of Old Krosa and its cycle) it would have felt much more natural and synergistic in Selesnya in GRN. This doesn't feel blue at all (and Azorius-watermarked things should feel blue and white). The net effect is very close to the final chapter of Song of Freyalise - which, like this, feels green.

Okay this a cool design for Addendum, either save your guys or you can use it as a combat trick.

Creatures you control gain indestructible until end of turn.
Addendum - If you cast this spell during your main phase, put a +/1/+1 counter on each of those creatures, they gain vigilance until end of turn.

On phasing:
Gotta build a RWU deck with this card in it. It even plays well with the Boros.

Last outright spell that did that was Wild Onslaught in Dominaria.
Also in Dominaria, Shalai, Voice of Plenty and Song of Freyalise could do so eventually.
Shu Yun, the Silent Tempest WUR Voltron Control
Temmet, Vizier of Naktamun WU Unblockable Mirror Trickery
