Kinda odd having a pseudo-ramp ability on a 4 mana walker, but 5 loyalty and 3 solid abilities is nice.
Edit:
Just realized that his +1 doesn't require that mana to be spent on something specific, which effectively makes him cost 3 mana on turn 4. That's not bad at all.
I'm most excited for the +1, perhaps. The -3 is something that makes it possible that he might never need to use his ultimate. Spam the battlefield with big tokens is a Gruul way to win yet it doesn't really synergize with him wanting to cast creatures.
Okay that plus +1 sells it for me. Ramp + Riot is awesome although unless your ramping its kinda a dead ability first turn.

he's okay i guess. he doesn't make me scream this is great, and he doesn't make me go this is garbage. entirely forgettable, and thats not necessarily a bad thing.
You do realize that if you spend Domri's mana to cast a riot creature with Rhythm of thr Savages on the board your creature gets to riot, while it riots as it's also rioting?
Chanting riot three times as you cast a creature seems like a perfectly Gruul thing to do.

as for Domri himself, seems interesting, comes down turn 3 pretty consistently, is hilarious with multiple instances of Riot (like that new "Not Fires of Yavimaya" card), keeps your hand full when you are just laying down creature after creature, and his Emblem is decent against midrange and easy to get to (coming in at 5 loyalty is nice)

Doesn't affect the board the turn he comes down, unfortunately (unless I guess you desperately need to Riot a creature and have an extra 3 mana), so I don't think he'll be great in constructed. The card draw and ult are nice, but it seems unlikely you'll be able to draw cards multiple times easily, and his ult takes 3 turns to reach.
Still, all the abilities are nice if you can protect him.
Another 4 mana RG Walker??? Are you freaking kidding me?
Welcome to what happens when you have a 1 cmc mana dork... the reason WotC moved away from 1 cmc mana dorks for a while is because it creates issues for design as they have to assume any 3 drop they make that can potentially be mixed with G will actually be a 2 drop...

The ridiculous surplus of 4-mana rg 'walkers has ruined my ability to get excited about this card. A shame, really, because it's absolutely not Domri's fault.
Not the best walker, but the best walker of this set for sure.
He is no teferi, but I am interested to see if he can make a dent with Jund Midrange. Dropping in at turn 3 and uping him to 6 loyalty makes him a real big issue to deal with.

Requires very high creature count in the deck. And creatures that can really use Riot.
Not necessarily. his ramp is not limited to creatures, It just gives an additional bonus when used for creatures. His -3 lets you dig pretty deep to find those creatures as well. Combined with the Rakdos enchantment that gives you pseudo draw, and the 2 drop that also digs 4 deep to find a creature, you are looking at a deck that can sift through its whole deck incredibly fast to find bombs, making it incredibly consistent.

Man, if only +1 would add rg . . . then it could be used the turn Domri hits.
This way what will you cast same turn for 1 Mana ?
-3 is great. But only if you really catch 2 creatures. I like it.
-8 follows the trend of rather weak ultimates. Overall oK to good.
I will definately try him.
Oerall i'd say we have entered an era of average Planeswalkers.
@ least it's not utter trash like Kaya
It looks underwhelming at first, but you're more or less getting a 6-loyalty planeswalker for three mana, which is pretty good. The decks that run this should have plenty of creatures on the board (having to run a creature-heavy deck is not a problem - Gruul WANTS lots of creatures), so Domri really doesn't have to protect himself (although his -3 does help a bit). The ultimate seems weird but it can get overwhelming pretty quickly. Overall, I like this Domri and I think he might see a fair amount of play if a Gruul (or maybe Temur) Stompy-type aggro deck materializes.

Also, he doesn't remove treats and doesn't protect itself well by relying only on creature cards. Seems weak from the first glance is you ask me.
