Whoa. That seems busted for commander. I don't even...whoa.
She survives bolt. Wonder if UG elves in modern could be a thing. She turns your dorks into elvish clancaller, dwynen's elite or coiling oracle and then digs up finishers after that. That's pretty busted. I think one of Rashmi, eternities crafter's biggest flaws was her toughness. This isn't bad for a potential t3 play.
For standard, im not sure. Seems busted in merfolk because she lets you get the best creature for the job whenever you need it. tempest caller on demand seems legit, but no tribal synergies and you're tapping a guy, sacing a guy, and the new guy has sickness. Hard to set up an alpha strike that way. She can turn silvergill adept into a kumena, tyrant of orazca though.
Splash is too hard, but she's nuts with afterlife.
I mean, it's just "pre-existing effect on a stick" and a part of me wishes she hard a more unique ability. But as a commander player and Simic fan since the first Ravnica block - damn, this is very nice. Gatecrash was a bit of a disappointment, but overall I'm very satisfied with the Simic designs this time around (at least so far).
They really just reprint the same cards over and over again ...

While I usually would agree with you here, there's nothing wrong with printing a fixed version of a very popular card. Birthing Pod deserved the hammer and players deserve a replacement.
I like when these casting cost based abilities get around casting restrictions and get things that are lower-CMC-than-sensible because of restrictions this doesn't care about. This can turn 1s into Myr Superions and Talara's Battalions.
Now people are going to be seeking out the creature cards at every cmc which have the best "enters the battlefield" effect, regardless of the colors on that creature.

I foresee this being super powerful, especially in the colors of Murkfiend Liege and Kiora's Follower. (Not that Murkfiend works with it but still.)

Maybe a sultai creature control deck. Being able to fetch up a chupacabra, plaguecrafter, or finisher seems realllllly good. With enough recurring bodies via gruesome menagerie and eldest reborn she can do a lot of work and just bury someone in CA. Eating a merfolk branchwaker to get a jadelight ranger with wildgrowth walker out isn't even magical Christmas land late in the game. muldrotha, the grave tide deck maybe? @_@. Menagerie works really well with stitcher's supplier and llanowar elves.
