The problem with defining this format by what is "fun" is that everyone seems to define fun as what they don't lose to. If you keep losing to easily answered cards, that means you should improve your deck. If you don't want to improve your deck, then you should come to peace with the idea that you are going to lose because you chose to not interact with better strategies.
The Wurm seems like a surgical strike against Azcanta/Adanto. It's not really an ability that anyone could predict with this specific wording and from a flavour standpoint, I don't see why the wurm cares about which land gets the axe. If a RG-ramp deck emerges, this is likely guaranteed to be in at least as a 1-2 off to break board stalls.
I wonder why the Wurm doesn't just say "Destroy target nonbasic land." Would it really have been that degenerate?
Probably to keep the Shocklands all untoouched. Nonbasic land destruction (for the game designers) is mostly meant to solve manlands and utility lands. The more narrow they make the ability the less they will push the cost past the level they want it add.

Spawn of Mayhem is an excellent Rakdos mythic. It should be pretty easy to cast for 1BB most of the time and it turns on spectacle (while buffing itself if you're behind). It works especially well with Judith's ping ability if you ping yourself, or use it to get this guy out for the spectacle cost. Rakdos is definitely getting some really neat stuff in this set.
Ravager Wurm is also an excellent mythic. It's premium removal that kills almost any creature or blows up a utility land (note the land has to have an activated ability that isn't a mana ability, so you can't use this to blow up shocklands) with a 4/5 haste or 5/6 body attached.
Precognitive Perception is straight up card advantage. Without the addendum effect it's mediocre, but casting this during your main phase to help set up those draws while being able to hold a counter or combat trick is really good.

These cards are all good. Turn 6 Perception with a Teferi on board for even more durdling. Well this means that Rakdos is gonna be our Rakdos EDH card because I haven't seen one yet. I'm hoping he is playable.
