Anything that helps against the inevitable OP Teferi decks coming to Standard with this set is great in my book. It makes me think Jund may have a lot of game with Assassin's Trophy and Bedevil.

Protection from reason (Decadent_Creed can't be blocked, targeted, dealt damage, or enchanted by reason.)

I definitely agree, Hallowed Fountain plus whatever good Azorius control cards show up will give Teferi a much (un)needed shot in the arm. What I don't like much is removal at rare, that's going to push its price up for no reason, I can understand Vindicate or Assassin's Trophy at rare because those can hit anything, but this can't be used to blow up lands for a cheap cost.

Control will always be advantaged over Midrange. I mean using those spells as you mentioned means 2-for-1 or even 3-for-1 yourself. What's your recourse against a bunch of Chemister's Insights and Expansion // Explosion that either kills you or your stuff and fills up their hand?
To be fair, golgari midrange is actually slightly advantaged. Explore, midnight reaper and the powerful planeswalkers match jeskai's card advantage reasonably well, your lands buy back threats that buy back other things, and carnage tyrant is... carnage tyrant. I've played a bunch on both sides, and I prefer golgari's side, especially after sideboard.
Back to the card itself, I don't know which i prefer between this and contempt. Contempt costs more, but it also exiles and sort of pays you back for the loss in tempo with life. As for blowing up artifacts, I can think of three; gateway, map and immortal sun; that I would even care about. Mardu might play it if it becomes a deck, but I don't think this is a toy jund would want, not enough to add red at least.
This thread is full of idiots... Lightning Bolt is NOT being reprinted.
Many times has a writer in Wizards said so, because of the plain and simple fact that it's too powerful for what it costs. x/3 creatures shouldn't be able to die at instant speed for one mana without a signifigant drawback. (like PTE giving you a land)
I absolutely guarantee that LB will not be printed in M10, and you can quote me on that.

Well lists are obviously all different so it depends. Against the 4 treasure map, 4 Niv-Mizzet versions I can see it but against the hard Control version that won the World Magic Cup though I don't buy it. The excellent Golgari matchup was probably one of the reasons they did so well.
This is a standard constructed card. Modern Jund has Maelstrom Pulse and instant speed cards are not that important for Jund. If instant speed is important, they have K-Command.
that would have made it insane, if they had hybrid mana in this set maybe one of the colors could have been BR
There was hybrid in GRN, and all the Ravnica sets in the past. Why would this be any different? Sure i could see them not doing hybrid for the Bolas foused set, but during the lead up its a no brainer.

Keep in mind that even if the Golgari side would keep up against this version which is a bit unlikely against 3 Expansion // Explosion, 4 Chemister's Insight, 3 Teferi, Hero of Dominaria and 1 Ral, Izzet Viceroy they are actually on a clock too. Fight with Fire can be kicked, brought back and copied by The Mirari Conjecture and Expansion // Explosion which is obviously game over.
