I actually just did too to see what comes up (some people on Twitter were complaining their number was "blocked" so I thought maybe that could be your issue) and I too am now getting the message that the office is closed. Maybe they are only open until a certain time? I am guessing it is the same thing as everything else: they got overwhelmed with calls and closed the number. Others have said they received calls from Hasbro so maybe they are putting more resources into doing that.
In case it matters, I called at 9:00 AM CT so maybe calling earlier in the morning makes a difference?
Well my package arrived today, and stupid FedEx left it on the doorstep of my busy apartment complex. Thankfully I woke up in time to check to see that it was still there.

They're just as beautiful in person.
How is the foiling? No pictures really gave us much to go by.

A few things about these masterpiece planeswalker packs:
1. On the back side of each pack where the print code is, each pack is labeled with the name of the masterpiece planeswalker that you find inside. For what it's worth, if you actually plan on drafting with this like they suggest you do like what's written on the inside of the box, you'll have to randomize the packs face up so no-one can see the print codes, even if you still have to lift up the back flap to read them. On that positive side, it's reassuring that you know you're getting one of all 8 planeswalkers as advertised just by looking at the print codes.
2. Inside each masterpiece planeswalker booster pack, the last 4 items in the pack are: the rare or mythic, then the masterpiece planeswalker, then a random guildgate, then a token card that is associated with the planeswalker character somehow (for the most part, anyway).
3. The tokens each have the mythic edition (MED) set symbol, with the emblems getting new profile art based on their artwork in their masterpiece versions.
Kind of wondering if this is what the new master sets will look like. I think this is better than strait up randomized packs as wizards now is saying "you get these valuable cards in each box" and then a random bunch of value added cards. However, this also means they have to set the price of the booster box and sell the box directly, otherwise the prices could get crazy. It also is a problem for the secondary market, as it restricts how the reprint cards enter the market.

1. (Ravnica Allegiance): You can't keep a good esper control deck down... Or Wilderness Reclamation... or Gates...
2. (War of the Spark): Guys, I know what we need! We need a cycle of really idiotic flavor text victory cards! Jace's Triumph...
3. (War of the Spark): Lets make the format with control have even more control!

A friend suggested maybe using the planeswalker pack as the last pack instead of the first so as not to have like 5 players in black off the bat.
