Choose One or both-
-Deafoning Clarion deals 3 damage to each creature
-Creatures you control gain lifelink until end of turn
Sure, there is a chance of spending $4 on a booster and getting the Mythic Rare $30 super card. There is also a chance of surviving putting your tongue in a light socket.
Arkham, the 1920's. Investigators battle horrors from beyond time and space, risking life and sanity while conspiracies of cultists and malign servitors seek gateways for their outer gods to return...
Soon, the stars will be right! Great Cthulhu shall rise!
More like Deafening Groan when you pull one of these bad boys out of a pack. Oof
Depends when, yeah? Open this at the PR and have a single 4-toughness creature on the board, and you, good sir, likely have yourself a one-sided blowout.
I'm really annoyed when people use the attachment feature. If you wanna look the card on mobile the image is only suitable for ant people and you can't link the image to other platforms.
Damn, that's versatility, it may even be Standard-viable as a 3-mana weenie wipe.
I really like this card for Limited, if you draw it early you can lure your opponent into overextending, else, giving all your creatures lifelink in the late game can make a real difference. It's a win-win situation. Thumbs up from me.
I like it. There's a lot of utility here. Giving all your creatures lifelink is always a good way to net advantage in Boros, and this is probably going to be its go-to solution against Selesnya and Golgari amassing 1/1 tokens. Plus, yeah, I'm sure R&D's intention with this was to Mentor your creatures up out of its range and then activate both modes.
He look the army got a tatical missle this time. Now I'm for hoping they get a tank and a fighter jet. Vechicles are a thing now, lets make this happen wizards.
I like it. It basically has 3 modes, so it's flexible. The lifelink mode is the worst, but at least it helps getting back in the race.
It’s incredibly rare that there would be a bona fide reason to choose not to give your creatures lifelink. This effectively has two modes. Lifelink your creatures, or lifelink your creatures and Pyroclasm-plus-sized.
I think this card has clear applications in a Dinosaur deck. Enrage creatures that will survive the Anger effect ? I'm in.
Yeah, I guess Dino is the deck that can benefit the most from it.
Get rid of the chump blockers, trigger all the enrages, hit for huge lifelink damage. Sees great to me.
This card needs different flavor text. I'm thinking "Fool! Doctor Doom toots as he pleases!"

It's 1RW not 1RU.
I like it. I just hope that there are boros creatures that survive it.

Thanks, not quite sure how I made that typo lol.
The card seems fine though, none of the guilds in this set typically have big things. Boros could mentor their creatures out of its range.
Let this great clan rest in peace (2001-2011)

I'm guessing the idea is that they're growing via counters from Mentor
