• The cover is Kaya, Chandra, Gideon, and an unknown female character.
• There will be two novels: one in April 2019 and the other in fall
• Plot summary is just "Planeswalkers from many disparate realities will team up with the Gatewatch against Nicol Bolas and his unstoppable army who has claimed dominion over Ravnica. The book will feature well known characters, like Chandra, Gideon and Jace, alongside all new characters."
• Pre-orders begin on the 4th
Greg Weisman!!! His storytelling in Gargoyle was supreme! I for one am happy to know he's the writer!
And KAYA!!! Not sure how she got involved but her infiltration would be put to good use!
Ghost Council.
Ghost Assassin.
Hmmmm...... :-))))
We are getting our own Magic version of the Infinity War here. Just with the planeswalker trap, planeswalker detector&tracker, Planar Bridge and the Eternals instead of infinity stones.
We even have a Doctor(ess) Strange here. Does not seem to be from Ravnica, and if yes, then from the Gateless.

It's interesting... my brother and I were speculating on the PWs in the sets, and came up with Jace in the next set (with Azorius, etc.), Domri or maybe Sarkhan (either way, GR), and that left WB... and then I thought, as Caranthir, 'wouldn't it be neat if Kaya came along...'
Wizards should relaunch the old books until alara. Also, really, i am starting to hate (for real) the gatewatch.
You are just starting to hate the gatewatch? You are about a year behind curve here man! Get up to speed!
I've seen some people think the reason for the gatewatch hate is political, but really I feel it is bad story writing and walker fatigue. The original five gatewatch members were not particularly strong characters to begin with and have various issues that make them poor choices for character focused stories. Nissa got hit with the Retcon hammer from being an "egocentric pro-elf, damn the rest" kind of walker to a nature lover, which I take offense to because it feels like they are underestimating how tough 13+ year old kids really are. Gideon feels like a less interesting Elspeth, Jace needs no explanation and I'm hoping that memory loss will result in a better character, Chandra is probably the only good one, and Liliana is fine, just she got way too many walker cards.
Case in point, I was hoping after Liliana got taken by Bolas we'd see a ravaged undead walker from the wastes of Amonkhet. It would have been really cool to see the God that Nissa connected with get a walker spark and take the form of a wanderer in tattered rags. His entire story could simply be trying to find his place again in the multiverse now that he has no home to return to. They also need more examples to show that good and evil in this gaming world don't revolve around the color of mana one has access to. If a walker deals with death and finality, they naturally aren't going to be sprouting happy angel wings and flying around with Cherubim and trumpeters.

1. (Ravnica Allegiance): You can't keep a good esper control deck down... Or Wilderness Reclamation... or Gates...
2. (War of the Spark): Guys, I know what we need! We need a cycle of really idiotic flavor text victory cards! Jace's Triumph...
3. (War of the Spark): Lets make the format with control have even more control!
This strongly increases the chances of Kaya getting a WB card in RNA. Imagine if the Orzhov mechanic this time involves Spirit tokens somehow.

MTGS Wikia Article about "New World Order"
Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.
PSA to everyone who keeps forgetting about the Reserved List:
You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. You're also only a few keystrokes away from finding out why some cards on the Reserved List got foil printings in FtV, as Judge promos, or whatnot, as well as why that won't happen again. Stop doing this.
So does this mean no more online stories moving forward?
That’s actually ok. I have the Masques block books, and they were pretty good. only this time I hope the book’s content lines up with what’s in the set. (No mention of parallax in the books if I remember correctly).

Kaya on Ravnica is big news a lot of people have been waiting for. The Orzhov assassination plot speculation should be getting a lot of steam.
Finally a good white villain quote: "So, do I ever re-evaluate my life choices? Never, because I know what I'm doing is a righteous cause."

I think Teysa also wanted to get rid of the ghost council.
And with Vraska claiming the old azorius senate building as her new guildhall, maybe this "block" will be about killing off the old leadership.
