Subvert Sabotage and Thought Extort are really good.
Subvert Sabotage is an upgrade to Dissolve, which is the best Cancel variant of the past five years.
Thought Extort is what a 2-mana discard spell should look like. Not this Lay Bare the Heart nonsense. Perfectly maindeckable and enough upsides to justify it costing two. It's probably also a good thing that it's multicolored from a design standpoint; I think this card would be close in power level to Thoughtseize for Standard and it would be all over the place at 1B.
Not liking the lack of hybrid mana, and am dissapointed Undergrowth is another pseudo-Threshold rather than graveyard as resources because I really want Desecrated Tomb to be a deck in Standard.
Other than that, it's looking good.

Dissolve is great and this is better. You'll be fine.
I don't care.
I've even seen Disallow in Modern, I want Counterspell in Modern.
If you want your expectations to be realistic and not to be disappointed every time a set comes out, you should care. Counterspell might be printed in Standard one day. I'm not of the mindset that it is strictly too powerful. But it's too versatile for two mana when you consider the specific interaction it has with Teferi's +1.
Where in some cases, some of those two CMC hard counters are better than Counterspell itself. I do not want Counterspell because Counterspell decks should be thinking of what cards to put in and what to take out rather than auto include 4 Counterspells right off the bat anytime you play a blue control deck.
How good would Unified Will Variant be if it said counter if you control less creatures then your foe...call it Supreme Will or something. Since rarely as the Blue Player are you pumping out more creatures then your foe.
Necrotic Wound feels kinda pushed and I love it. You best believe I'm gonna turbo a bunch of creatures into my yard to turn this thing on as early as possible. AND it exiles? What graveyard deck doesn't want this?
