Picking a commander for the bant deck is really hard. Do I want to draw cards off enchantments; or would I rather like to draw cards off enchantments? Hmmm . . .
Little sad it's only the first enchantment each turn. I guess starting each game with Enchantress's Presence in your opening hand is a little overpowered.
Its a crappy enchantress with helm of the gods built in. Thats the best they could do here? Across three colors this is the best enchantress themed legend they could do?
If by that you mean Tier 1 excellent Hall of Famer notable Extended deck as a commander, by only 1 less power. Undoubtedly this basic implementation goes right to the top with its cmc of 3 and colors of "best", by EDHrec, and inclusivity of blue enchantments (quite a few historical bans).

"Warning: Um, warning. This is going to be a game state violation. And a taking extra turns and drawing extra cards violation, pretty much, a whole bunch of violations. Look at me, I'm the DCI."
Well, even though enchantment-based card draw is redundant in the deck itself (though I guess it does largely negate the risk of getting 2-for-1'd on Auras), having a Bant Merfolk commander is great. Too bad it didn't better bridge the 'tapped matters' theme of WU Merfolk, Islandwalking of mono-U Merfolk, and the +1/+1 counters theme in GU Merfolk. But that's a tall order, we can't have everything, and Tuvasa is already a fairly solid card in decks that can exploit it.
No Serra for us. Oh well. This deck is drawing a shaiza ton of cards. Here comes Daybreak Coronet soon.
She could still be in the 99.
They wouldn't drop the ball so hard as not to print Serra in the enchantment deck with an angel subtheme...
I don't know fam, it's looking pretty unlikely at this point. All the other decks got two new full color commanders (excluding the PWs) and one new commander that is lacking a color, and this deck already has all those bases covered.

I'm hoping for a cycle of planeswalkers in these decks. I mean, claiming on your product page that you can "command powerfull planeswalkers" and only have 1 per deck seems pretty lackluster....

I disagree, I think only including one PW and having part of your advertisement say "command powerful planeswalers" is pretty reasonable. I could be wrong, there absolutely could be more coming including a Serra, but idk, I'm not putting any money on it at this point.
Edit: I'll admit, it would be pretty damn hype if on Friday they released the full Decklists and along with it just dropped a bunch of Old-walkers like Yawg and Serra. Again not very likely but would be pretty hype.

Joking aside, great prints so far for the Bant deck. It's cool that she could be voltron-ish. Run Leyline of Anticipation to get a card every turn.
This honestly just baffles me. Why would they put this AND the legendary nymph in the precon? "Do thing, draw card" apparently is the new design shortcut for commander, just like it was for PWs with the "Ob template" a while ago.
Powerlevel is fine, but I wish they got a little more creative with the effects. Why not a commander tht moves auras around?
Do you all play the same game as me? I've never seen so many magic players complaining about drawing cards. Sure, it's an easy tack on, but it's a great one.
I understand these decks are meant to have several interchangeable commanders, but I really wish this wasn't blue. I don't care for blue in my enchantress decks.

Why not? Blue gives you access to counter magic, which can protect your creatures faster than auras or protective enchantments.

Wizards have been known to drop the ball before. They might save Serra for future Commander deck.
