Windgrace SHOULD be Jund. Mountains, forests and swamps are the most pronounced biomes on Urborg, Windgrace's homeland and the place he swore to protect from artifice after Yawgmoth's defeat. I mean the guy literally became one with Urborg in his dying moments (which probably means that he's the maro-sorcerer of the island now which I really hope we get a card of).
If Windgrace isn't the face of the Jund lands deck I'll literally eat cat fur.

You’re going to be awfully put out when you discover he’s the face of the Esper deck. Has everyone really forgotten about Aryel already?

While possible, there's far more Windgrace red cards than there are white or blue. He's the face of the red card of the Planeswalker cycle, after all.

Aryel is a knight serving in and order inspired by Windgrace in a time far past his death. I don't really think that the white in her identity reflects on whether Windgrace will have white in his. Not to mention the color coding on the Windgrace art.

MTGS Wikia Article about "New World Order"
Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.
PSA to everyone who keeps forgetting about the Reserved List:
You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. You're also only a few keystrokes away from finding out why some cards on the Reserved List got foil printings in FtV, as Judge promos, or whatnot, as well as why that won't happen again. Stop doing this.
I agree that people are setting themselves up for another self-induced disillusionment. Pretty much the only indication so far is that Serra's Sanctum is a land that interacts with Enchantments and the Bant deck is an enchantment deck. But they are still plenty of chances for Serra not being in there.
Regarding White VS Bant, I don't know. It's undeniable that Serra is associated with white first and foremost - the number of people that have seen cards like Serra Angel and Serra Avataris far greater than the number of people that have read the Homelands novel and know that she was Bant from the start. One of the lessons Wizards has learned (if Maros podcast on BfZ are anything to go by) is that it's often better to adjust to what your audience expects, not what's necessarily "canonically right". This reasoning speaks for a mono-white card. On the other hand, Mono-W
is the weakest color in EDH and from a gameplay perspective, Bant allows for much more powrful decks and more deckbuilding options. If she was Bant, maybe the people wanting to build a pure Serra flavor deck would complain, but they're a small minority. I'd personally prefer her card to be Bant. You could still build the deck to be primarily white if you wanted, but Blue for more card advantage and green for more enchantress cards and stuff like Privileged Position and Sylvan Reclamation would be very welcome.

That's pretty much their problem then, they got stuck to Serra's pre-Realm Collapse self.
I personally loved it more too (her preferred spells and her look) but Homelands is a thing and it's where her Bant-ness can be more felt.

Honestly, I'm kind of wondering if we will see pre-shadowmoor elves in the Serra deck since their mentality lorewise is pretty similar. Serra hated impurity and when the phyrexians invaded her realm after tracing Urza to it, the taint left in their wake forced her to leave. I'd say where Freyalise represented the harshness of nature and natural forces, Serra represented natures beauty, purity, and community. That and enchantments was a theme of the later sets in that particular block.

1. (Ravnica Allegiance): You can't keep a good esper control deck down... Or Wilderness Reclamation... or Gates...
2. (War of the Spark): Guys, I know what we need! We need a cycle of really idiotic flavor text victory cards! Jace's Triumph...
3. (War of the Spark): Lets make the format with control have even more control!
She has to have White and she is not going to have Black so that leaves BANT by process of Elimination.
You guys seem to forget there's never been a confirmation (or even a vague hint) Serra will be in this product in the first place. Everyone just assumes so but there is literally zero evidence, it's all just wishful thinking.
Don't get me wrong; I really want Serra to get a planeswalker card, but I also really want said card to be monowhite. Anything else would be a serious flavor fail, at least from my Vorthosian perspective. Let's take a look at it from the practical side: If they print Serra and the character's fans want to build flavorful commander decks based on her, what kind of cards will they include? I envision lots of white Angels. Quite a lot of new Serran angels have been printed recently (Resplendent Angel, Serra's Guardian, Lyra Dawnbringer), so that should do it. What U and/or G cards are there to include? I can think of very few, and most of them are terrible and not worth playing anyway.
The deck is bant enchantments, not bant angels. If Serra is in this set in the bant deck, it will have a lot of enchantments and creatures that have good synergy with enchantments. There are lots of good blue and green enchantments, and Wizards will print some new ones for the deck.
Like you could build a bant deck that has a lot of angels(mostly mono white), and then has these cards:

Based on the knowledge available right now, it's a Bant enchantments deck, not a Serra deck. You're jumping way too far ahead and making assumptions based on even more assumptions.
Also, I wouldn't equate Lorwyn Elves' superficial love of beauty to Serra's opposition to black mana. The former care solely about appearances; if Serra had their mindset, then the inhabitants of her realm would have attempted to kill Urza on the spot for not being attractive enough. On the other hand, Serra's reaction to impurity was more emblematic of the relationship between white and black mana as enemies, as such she found black mana deeply unsettling regardless of who it was attached to.
Guys I just realized something that 100% confirms Serra will be in the Bant deck Serra Angel -- We all know it, we all love it. But take a closer look at the Dominaria flavor text:
The angel remembers her past lives like dreams. Her song held up meadows. Her blade drove back darkness. Her wings carried her across the ages.
Her song held up meadows -- Green, because meadows are nature Her blade drove back darkness -- White, because white hates black and all Her wings carried her across the ages -- Blue, because Time Walk
Wham Bam, Bant Serra confirmed -- and it was right under our noses this whole time.

And also I don't know if it was metaphorical all this time... but the Realm inhabitants has said that a large amount of black mana makes her sick.

Not bad that does connect to bant with those
But might just be a reference to Serra realm in urza saga
But still possible connection to Serra being bant though
