On one of the FB sites I saw a picture featuring Aurelia from Guilds of Ravnica, holding her glowing left fist which resembles the Boros. The poster said it's on an advertisement card in a pack he got during M19 prerelease. Anyone else saw it?
I'm still hoping for the original fringed(?) wings of the Firemane Angels to return... this hand wave-y aberation of an angelic leader is just puke-inducing.

WotC really hates Pierakor az Vinrenn D'rav for some reason.
I love Feather. I really do. But I don't think her fans would be satisfied if she just became guildmaster again off-screen. For all we know (especially given Vraska's current arc) the plot of the sets will have to do with intra-guild unrest. Bolas is big on dividing and conquering, after all, given whathedidonAlara. My personal hope is that the rare legendary cycle will be the people rising to oppose the guildleaders rather than their lieutenants...
It is an ability word, not a keyword, thus granting it means nothing. To write it out, I guess you might say "Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell that targets a permanent, copy that spell for each other permanent that shares a color with that permanent the spell could target. Each copy targets a different one of those permanents."
Radiance was one of the lowest-rated keywords in Ravnica block, which is saying something because haunt was also there. It has almost nil chance of coming back, especially since one of the big complaints was how little it felt like a Boros keyword.
Prowess might not be evergreen anymore.
Finally, copying spells doesn't trigger prowess. You could use a "Copy that spell and cast the copy without paying its mana cost" wording, but...

...And WoTC don't do anything that grants Prowess (maybe to avoid multiple instances of prowess, however, multiple instances of flanking or bushido are allowed). And last but not least, white prowess doesn't exist outside of Tarkir.
I’m beginning to wonder this myself. We haven’t seen prowess since Unstable. Surely it would have popped up several times if Wizards was treating it as an evergreen ability they’re serious about keeping around.

It wasn't more popular because the cards that has Radiance were subpar, not because the mechanic itself lacks potential. Boros also used to have spell slinging elements that they incorporated into their focus of battle/war.
That I know. My suggestion of Aurelia was base on two fronts: Allowing powerful spell to spread its influence, and encouragement of casting spells to strengthen the army.
I am going to guess Prowess Failed cause they made it work with Artifacts and to a lesser extent with Enchantments. I expect a neo Prowess that works only on Sorceries and Instants but that makes it far weaker.
I think it has more to do with the fact that Prowess, at least in Limited but also in Constructed, places too many restrictions on the player. You need to strike a delicate balance between creatures (with Prowess) and noncreatures in your deck in order to make the Prowess cards worth it, and that's just not something an evergreen ability does or should do. You don't have to worry about stuff like that with Lifelink, Trample, First strike or Flying.
Skulk failed for a similar (if not the same) reason. It wants you to play small creatures, but they can still be blocked by other small creatures, so you need a number of more or less specific cards to make good use of it. Too many hoops.
@void_nothing: Inner-guild conflicts would be interesting, but I doubt it. Regarding Feather, you're probably right. Still, even though I'm not her biggest fan (her "nickname" is really lame imo...), I think she deserves a card.
I’ve investigated why we haven’t seen prowess in Ixalan, Battlebond, Dominaria, or M19 and I found Mark Rosewater going on record saying these two things:
“Prowess has more issues than the average evergreen mechanic, so yes, it’s created a few extra challenges.”
“Prowess is in danger of losing its evergreen status.”
I’m not surprised in the least as prowess makes little sense for me in a game’s world priding itself on its high fantasy sensibilities, since, well, it was announced prowess was going evergreen.

Several points of order.
The ability is "radiance."
It is an ability word, not a keyword, thus granting it means nothing. To write it out, I guess you might say "Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell that targets a permanent, copy that spell for each other permanent that shares a color with that permanent the spell could target. Prowess might not be evergreen anymore.
Finally, copying spells doesn't trigger prowess. You could use a "Copy that spell and cast the copy without paying its mana cost" wording, but...

I just hope we get more of a RW control slant than last time. That only showed up in Dragon's Maze and never at common.
