Enigma Drake is a reprint so they could not change that. Currently the drake's power changes when in none battlefield zones, 0 would be a functional errata.
Interesting, so the Boros signpost is a sorcery instead of a creature (though I guess it creates creatures). Was hoping for something more permanent that could continuously affect the board...

Huh? Did you mean non-battlefield zones? No it doesn't, its power is always defined by the number of instants and sorcery in your graveyard regardless of what zone Drake is in.
In other words, it's only ever 0 when there are no instants and sorceries to count. Making it 0 instead of * would just be confusing imho.
